Amandine's coaching guided my reflexion for carrier's options in line with my values

Amandine's coaching provided me with great support at a key moment of my career when I had choices to make at over 50: to continue a linear professional progression, to consider a carrier stagnation, or to start a business with new challenges, risks, curiosity, and excitement... Amandine demonstrated great listening skills to understand and assist me in conducting a thoughtful analysis regarding my essential desires and aspirations. Never directive, the 'ENVOL' tool and the structured reflection and exchange led me to provide answers that I couldn't articulate alone. Amandine's personal experience, although from a different professional world than mine, allowed for rich external referencing. I highly recommend Amandine's kindness, empathy and professionalism.
