Would have give no stars if Trustpilot…

Would have give no stars if Trustpilot allowed. GAMIVO is a fraud, they sell a product and send a key which does not work. Sent compliant to GAMIVO support as game could not be activated in my region, though GAMIVO sold the game key knowing the region I am in as part of my details. GAMIVO has than declined refund even though I have shown the evidences that key did not work and that game is not part of my active game list. Do not produce through GAMIVO as is a scam

Abusive subscription practices (SOLVED)

Got charged a month later for a Smart subscription even though I thought I cancelled and I never consented to letting them keep my debit card details.

Support refuses to refund me.

Edit : Support was kind enough to refund me later on.

Game was very cheap and I had no issue apart from that. Would recommend.

Everything went ok

Everything went ok, the price was quite low, so I was a bit skeptical, but in the end it went through, even though it took the sender a while (Between Blizzard security and other things, a couple days) to send it, which is fine

Keys work but scam beware.

Bought a key or two from them over the last few months. The keys worked fine but the problem is they signed me up for a $6/month "SMART" subscription without me knowing. They got two months out of me before I caught it.

I did not create an account on their website so I can't log in to stop it. They dont have a support contact so my only option is to cancel my credit card and label their charge as fraud. Don't buy from them, they are scammers.

No problems except for the almost forced subscription.

No problems with it so far and I’ve gotten 20 to 30 games on there without a single complaint, better than Kinguin and could possibly be better than the competition, one complaint with the payment process though is that they try to put you onto their subscription every time you purchase something and you have to manually turn it off after every menu, other than that one problem I’ve had nothing but good things happen on there.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, sneaky with their subscription was surprised when I saw it( I looked back and it was stated but I don’t like auto subscribe shit) and cancelling the subscription was a piss take aswell. After cancelling they say they will email you within 24 hours and you have to click a link to actually cancel subscription???? Why not just cancel it they’re just hoping you forget. Will never use again sneaky behaviour
