Amazing server spend 10+ hours a day on it!

A good community, however, in order to connect to their servers you need a high end computer, even though its just Gmod. As a dedicated member of the community and a donator,I am highly disappointed I am unable to play these servers anymore.

Honestly great staff team and you can see that the management team tries their best to optimize the server and they host a lot of events to earn donor ranks

The Gaminglight servers are an amazing part of Garrys Mod and the Gaminglight community has some great people in them!

This is one of my favorite GMOD Communities. The Staff and Players always seem to be available to help new people like me, I’ve only been playing for about a week but i’m thinking about getting a vip rank or something soon!

removed one of the few good managers that scp-rp had (coltable) when he literally put his all into the server. and the hud is ugly

I wrote a experience post literally on this day 1 year ago, where i rated Gaminglight 2 stars for various reasons, after speaking with SMT and the Owner, Zeeptin, a lot has changed in the year to make me believe that Gaminglight is in fact worth the max rating, for PoliceRP, Jimmy James works day in and day out with his SMT team to make sure us, the players are getting the best experience possible, they are open to suggestions to make us have a better time. They shell out their personal time to make sure the server is properly set up when we change maps, and truly these guys are above and beyond. Gaminglight is an amazing community and allows you to make friends that even 1 year later you'll still be playing with.

I've been a customer of Gaminglight and a player of its servers since 2019, and have never had a transaction issue or problem with their store. Customer support is swift and kind.

There are very very few good aspects to this community. With staff members that either overreach or do nothing at all, a toxic owner and management team that are unable to take criticism, and a pay to win culture.

one of their most popular servers: SCPRP is just a glorified pay to win TDM server. If you want to succeed in most combat situations you either need to spend hours upon hours of your life trying to get a higher rank in a good branch, or pay hundreds of dollars for a custom class. They say that "you dont have to buy anything from the shop" (see responses to other reviews), but you basically do if you want to enjoy yourself on this server.

The owner is a hypocrite, they claim themselves to support LGBT people, yet the owner used the F-slur as the reason for banning an individual, and then had the ban itself erased from the logs. (proof in this youtube video:

Amazing community came here roughly around a year ago and loved it ever sense, has had its ups and downs but it always bounced back especially the managers they spend their own time making new content for us to play, Can’t wait for SCPRP’s New map!!!!

Gaminglight is possibly the best community out there I've been with gaminglight a while the whole community is welcoming and warm

love the scprp server been playing on it on and off since 2018. great staff (though there are some bad apples they usually get reported and dealt with). lots of branches to try so you can find what you like.

A really nice active fun gmod community if you are into gmod

GamingLight has both that home and family vibe, which I appreciate it so much for having it that way! I always feel that the Staff and GMs are always doing something helpful or new everyday, and think that it should be on the top of the leaderboards! I love GamingLight!

Honestly terrible experience with the staff team on this community, -poor organisation -extremely for profit operation straight out wasting peoples money, releasing new content/servers and deleting them few weeks later after people donate claiming the server did not gain enough traction although minimum effort is put into projects and nothing is done to make them popular. Their custom donation system is terrible and straight up steals money.
If you want to know how the owner deals with people go to their bans page and search "90texas"

edit: damn never expected you to delete 90texas's ban in which you called him homophobic slurs.
Also I don't play this server because of you Ego thinking you have the best server and no other server is better managed.

Would give a zero star if I could. The people are terrible, the owner cant take any critique, the management is very biased against in their decision making and they beg people for positive reviews.
