Wrong order, bad customer service.

My sister ordered me 2 fallout bobbleheads for my birthday. I was so excited. Package finally arrived (late) and they had sent some weird snow globe. No bobble heads. She contacted them to get the proper order sent. They said they sent it. She asked for tracking details like three times. Nothing. Two months later nothing came, had to fight for a refund. Communication was terrible.

Requires a third party to save your card details «  for later »

Instead of using Stripe or other well-known, established payement-processing service, they use a shady one that asks you to check a box that authorizes them to store your card details «  for later use »

What the problem, just uncheck the box, right ? Nope, you can’t proceed if you uncheck the box.

Google what products they have and try to buy them from elsewhere.

I ordered a statue on this website for…

I ordered a statue on this website for a very expensive price. I received almost correctly but there is a problem with the statue, some parts don't fit together. I wrote to the customer service, which ask me for pictures. I sent pictures and now I have no response since months. I created a new ticket to have a response and still not responding. It's really not honest I paid a very high price and there is no customer service and a not suitable statue.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I waited 2 years and 6 months for my Dragon Age Inquisition Solas statue. They delayed shipping to Australia several times. I queried the delays and received the unacceptable response of ‘your statue did not make it onto the ship.’ Shipping was delayed for the 5th time this week without notice. When I queried this again, without even requesting a refund, they cancelled my order and refunded my deposit without my consent. I do not believe they ever intended to ship the statue to Australia. I’ve heard other people who have made complaints have just had their orders cancelled without any communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They never intended to ship the statue to Australia, clearly they underestimated the shipping costs, and they should be held accountable. Edit: Also since posting this review, due to my complaint, they have decided to delete my account. SCAM.

non-responsive support

I placed a pre-order with gaming heads and sent the first payment of 60$. I made a mistake and used a credit card with additional overseas costs even though I have one without oversea fees because I'm often outside of my country. So I contacted gaming heads to change the credit information for the final payment. They sent me the information on how to change it, so that worked seemingly without issues. But when the figure was about to be shipped my credit card company declined the final payment. Gaming heads sent me a copy paste kind of information that I can resolve the issue and they're giving me another try for the payment. I contacted my credit company and they green listed gaming heads for future payments. I forwarded this information and asked to follow through with the payment. I have never received an answer from gaming heads.

TLDR; final payment failed and I resolved the issue with the credit card provider but never received an answer from gaming heads

Great Experience.

I recently ordered the Tomb Raider - The Angel of Darkness Lara Croft Exclusive Edition Statue and received the item yesterday. I am incredibly pleased with this statue, the quality is absolutely astounding. I love it so much! The transaction was smooth and easy. The customer service was helpful & quick to answer any of my queries. Thank you!

Awful scam artists

1st : customer support absolutely horrendous.
Tried resolving an issue with payment and instead of listening they decided to cancel my order. After waiting nearly 3 years for the statue (solas statue dragon age)

2nd: they didn't give me a full refund , they charged me for them cancelling my order unprompted. And they kept the deposit.

After numerous attempts to try and tell them I wanted the statue they decided to block me on all social media and refuse to allow my account to work.

This was literally the first time I ordered a statue from them.
So in summary

Ordered a statue waited 3 years paid it in full
They cancelled it and charged me for cancelling
And blocked me.
The statues are being shipped and there parting words to me where "buy it from a third-party"

Guess what, I cant buy it now because you didn't give me a full refund!

Dreadful place. Horrendous customer support.
The sooner people stop ordering from them the better, they make money from scamming people

Just Awful!

I've been collecting statues for almost 10 years. I have well over 40± statues and figures. This is by far the absolute WORST company I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service is trash. Everytime I submit a ticket I have to HOPE they respond to me. My payments always fail for specific orders even tho other orders go thru just fine. And the payments are so irregular. It feels like they literally only take payments from me whenever they want to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Against my better judgement I did not…

Against my better judgement I did not heed the warning of others and went ahead and tried to order from this website. As soon as I entered my credit card information I was met with a "suspicious activity" notification from my bank. Nervous I had just been scammed I went ahead and canceled my order. I WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AND THE ORDER HASNT EVEN SHIPPED! I tried reaching out to customer support to ask why I've been charge and when I can expect a refund but no answer. I have canceled my card and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, DONT!

Scammers! They keep your money and run

It's almost a month that I am battling with their customer support. An order was cancelled and I should have received a refund, they sent only part of it and the rest is nowhere to be seen. I have received only half of my money back and they keep saying they sent everything. Take your business elsewhere, awful customers service and very steep prices for the quality offered

WARNING - STAY AWAY!!

WARNING - SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! they only sent ONE of the items that i ordered AND ITS THE WRONG ONE! (different edition!) THEY PROMISED A REFUND AND NOTHING!
THEY'VE BEEN IGNORING MY MAILS AND SUPPORT TICKETS FOR MONTHS NOW!!! I LITERRALY WASTED MY MONEY!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

No more, thieves !

After ordering 2 times on that site with no problems, I ordered 2 times more. But now my order has been cancelled and the prices increased. It's been 2 years now and I don't have any of them. I claimed a refund that they gave me BUT they take the liberty to refund less for no reason explained. Just "a discussion with the manager".

It's over I'll never order again on this site.

Follow up of the company that lies

I want to write a follow up to my original review because it only gets worse all this time later. Gaming Heads told me strait up it was impossible to get the statue I wanted but that very statue they wouldn't supply to me at the time Is on their site now for 4 times the price! So messed up! It was always about money and not the customer and this proves it. I had a pre-order with them, they wouldn't fulfill after years of waiting and lied. All of this time they could have made things right and they never did, that's the worst part.

Horrible customer experience

Ordered my Jak 3 statue in February 2021. The price was already $100 more than the Jak 2 one, which had much better color matching. I still wanted it, since I'm a big fan of the series and I wanted all 3 in my collection.

I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. The shipping date has been postponed more than 4 times now, without an explanation. I contacted customer service with my concern and they told me to just check the Preorder Shipping Dates button on the website. Horrible customer support.

Beware their pricing as well. When I ordered the Jak 3 statue, it was $369 and that's the price I need to pay. It then shot up to a whopping $440. The quality is seriously NOT worth it.

I was considering buying one of the Doom collectible figures from them but after this fiasco I'm never buying anything from them ever again and I suggest you do the same.

Cool statues but TERRIBLE customer support

I've completed 2 orders with them and I currently have 2 orders with them still processing. Their customer support is by far the worst customer support I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They rarely respond to emails. They rarely charge my card during my payment plans. So I'm constantly left in the dark as to where my statue is and as to whenever they feel like charging me for it.

Awful customer support/service

Terrible experience. Pre ordered the t45 bust/statue in 2021 (initially set to release in early 2021, then changed to late 2021, then early 2022, now late 2022-2023. Over half a year later I had contacted them twice about why the "expected to release" still said 2021 but I hadn't been charged on payment plan yet". They basically said production and been halted on that piece indefinitely due to increased shipping costs to their warehouse. It was supposed to ship early 2021, then late 2021, and now its who knows because it still says expected to ship 2021 on the products page. On their shipping info page it says late 2022-2023 (4 years after announcing it for pre order) yet they announce new pieces that will supposedly ship sooner (halo diorama) how about you finish your pieces people have been waiting on for 4 years before releasing new pieces.

Eventually I opened up a ticket and asked to cancel the order and politely asked for my NRD back due to such significant delays. They closed the ticket with NO response. So I emailed their support. They refused to refund the deposit, Something companies like sideshow or prime1 have had no problem doing with similar situations in the past (ridiculous delays/product problems). And then stopped responding to me.

I understand delays happen. But when a product is delayed year after year after year with 0 info as to where production is it is not unreasonable to ask for a refund on the deposit.
Terrible customer service.
