The service is automated - so anyone reading this just please read the info or watch the how to buy video on the homepage.
We don’t want you to wait - and it tends to result in poor reviews like this from people who don’t read descriptions.
Edit: We have since rectified this users mistake. Hopefully this will result in a different review.
