No longer a going concern? Really good service - particularly for lcg subscriptions
Edit: sadly, they appear to have gone under and no longer exist. Would have been nice to get an email from them letting me know, rather than just noticing the subscription wasn't continuing.
Old review: Really good service. All I'd like to see for subscriptions, is that they list the items being delivered on the confirmation email, rather than just a blanket "... Subscription." It can get confusing if you receive a lot of packages. Otherwise, pretty faultless.

I had a subscription with Gameworlds…
I had a subscription with Gameworlds for arkham horror, which was doing very well. Last December I signed up to their Marvel subscription, as I was very interested in this game also. However they charged me for every marvel sub but I have never received, in addition at the same month my arkham horror sub did the same thing.. Being charged but nothing being sent. I was refunded for the Marvel subs but not for the arkham horror subs I was missing. Needless to say I have cancelled both and lesson learnt. Sadly I feel I have missing out on the Marvel packs because of this as they are unavailable (out of stock) everywhere now. This is solely Gameworlds fault and I would advise others to buy elsewhere.

Have used many times in the past for…
Have used many times in the past for lcg subscriptions and one of purchases. Set up a subscription for the Marvel Champions lcg and had a note saying they'd been posted, chased up 5 working days later and because I mentioned that other shops had their products sent quicker they just cancelled my subscription with no way to reinstate this.
Edit: had no issue with it not arriving on release day all I wanted to know was how it was posted. Sadly customer service seems lacking

Sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. Unfortunately, with our subscription service we are unable to guarantee new packs will be delivered on the official UK release date. The date by which your packs will arrive each month will vary and depend upon a number of factors including what day the packs arrive in our warehouse, and when your subscription payments are taken each month.
We consider the main benefit of our subscription service to be the automation - customers do not need to go shopping for new packs each month and can instead leave it to us to automatically ship new products when they arrive. For customers who's main consideration is having the packs on the official UK release date, we advise our subscription service is not suitable.
Apologies again for the inconvenience.
