I ordered this woman’s Miami Dolphins…

I ordered this woman’s Miami Dolphins watch with jewels around the face 9 time it was ordered and 9 times it was canceled reason being is as per the secretary wrote and said the boss did not have the money to pay the workers or even her self I tried calling no response left messages no response if they wish to discuss they can reach me at 315 380-3333 but I am working with Amazon the bbb and attorney general to shut the company down

Customer Service Missing

Watch I ordered was acknowledged, and showed as available on the website but shortly after order status was changed to refunded without explanation. I replaced my order again, and after a few days I asked your customer service twice via email and phone messages for a status on my new order. I never received a response via email or phone. This order was eventually also changed to refunded status , again with no explanation. I ended up ordering from another manufacturer.
A human or AI customer service response to multiple inquiries would have saved you a sale and a repeat customer.

Order never processed

I ordered a watch on November 14th, my payment was taken out of my account and after three weeks I finally called to find out that my order was cancelled cause they couldn’t verify my payment. It was refunded to me but just seems fishy if ya ask me.

Unresponsive customer service; long delays

I finally received my watch over a month after ordering it. I was charged at the time of the order, but for several weeks, no watch or shipping info appeared. I tried to contact their customer service number by phone- no answer. I submitted a note to them through their customer service form on their website- no reply. I found yet another number and left a message- no response. If I am being immediately charged for an item when I make the order but experience long delays in receiving the item, there should be communication from the vendor- or at least a response to my queries. Radio silence is not acceptable.

I wore my watch three times

I wore my watch three times. The band broke went to six different stores to find a new band. Their bands are so different from any other band. I emailed them and called them no response. I’d never buy a watch from them again.
