I've been waiting for the payment for a product I sold over a month ago, and the money still hasn't been transferred to my account. Every time I contact customer service, they tell me they have no information. No one seems to care. You’re allowed to deposit money and sell products, but when it comes to getting your money back, they disappear. If there were a real issue, deposits wouldn’t go through either—clearly, they just don’t care.

I used this platform years ago and it was good back then. I only came back because I needed to make a quick sale to pay off urgent credit card debt. Big mistake. I feel like a fool for trusting them again. No one is helping, no one is explaining anything. The company has become completely indifferent—only focused on the money they receive, with no regard for their users. There's no way out. with no : 1296249

The support is very mean, my support guy was named Ertan and i was just asking him 2 times why my ltc payment was taking over 30 minutes, and he was being really mean. Never using this again, and i recommend to other people to not do it too.

I have been working with GameSupplement since February 2024. During this time, I made over 500 sales and withdrew money more than 100 times. Almost every time, the payouts were fast, which made working with them excellent. The longest payout delay was 2 days, and that only happened on weekends. But everything changed a month ago — since then, they stopped paying out money. For over a month now, they have been replying with the same copy-paste message saying that withdrawals are currently unavailable and that funds will be paid out soon. If you try to ask when exactly the money will be paid, they simply end the conversation or block you. Support on Discord doesn't respond. Throughout this time, there has never been any announcement about payment system issues, but there are plenty of unnecessary announcements about things like SMS system functionality or prepaid card maintenance. Overall, it used to be a good service for selling currency, but unfortunately, it seems like it turned into a scam, and currency sellers will likely never get their money

They have a system that doesn't go beyond deceiving those who sell gold. Don't sell game money, let them sink.

Appalling Support: Money Lost, Zero Help

My experience with GameSup's support was an absolute disaster. Maybe even a scam? I deposited funds to my TRY credit card and the money never appeared on the card, even though it showed in my account balance.

The "support" agent, was completely useless. He offered no actual solutions, just repeating basic steps I'd already tried, like "click refresh" or "press the + button." When I explained that the "+" button just initiated another deposit instead of transferring my existing funds, he became insulting and dismissive.

Their response, "Well, in that case, you can keep waiting, sir, I'm telling you how to do it, but you're not listening," was unprofessional and infuriating. He then abruptly ended the chat with, "Continue to live in yesterday, sir, have a good day."

This wasn't support; it was an exercise in giving customers that pay the for this useless support the finger.

My money is still missing from my card, and I received no help whatsoever. GameSup's support is incompetent, rude, and utterly unhelpful. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and your money.

I used Gamesupplement based on their promise of instant withdrawals (or max 1 hour). It’s now been 72 hours, and I still haven’t received my money. I reached out multiple times via live chat, but they’ve completely stopped responding. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with real money.

If you’re considering using this site, be cautious. Their withdrawal claims don’t match reality, and support seems to vanish when things go wrong. I expected better.

I know there is so many people who sell their game items/currency to this shop, and many of them can't do withdrawal so for many reason from the shop, but u can take it back and them gave it back to u quickly, so i think so far this seller good

I'm Nixon, and about 10 months ago, I transferred $500 to this scam website. They used a fake excuse, saying Binance had updated its wallets and that the money would be returned to me directly through Binance.

At first, I wasn’t too worried. But after two weeks passed and nothing happened, I contacted Binance support. I told them this website had stolen $500 from me and claimed that Binance would return it. Binance support clearly told me they have no connection to this website at all.

Now, this scam site's support claims they sent my money back.
Fine — let’s assume I’m the dumbest person on the planet. Then go ahead and send me the transaction link here in reply to this message.

Withdrawal orders take a long time to process. I placed an order a week ago and there's no response. Possible scam. And if it's not a scam, it's not a good service either.

I Sold wow gold manny times to them but lately, seems like they are scamming u.u, your withdraws will be pending forever... if you complain they ban you from livechat also they dont answer in Discord.

As you can see last 1 month comments this seller is terrible. Still waiting my money. Worst thing is they don't care at all. Their responds is absolute cringe, not professional. Money still on pending almost 4 weeks. They dont respond about this issue on live chat anymore. Dont sell anything to them.

have a vcc which I can never top op, site is broken and works awfull. Either there is never stock, or there is stock that you cant buy because the site doesnt work. it keeps saying that there was a error, wrong delivery, no good stock. whatever there is always a problem.

At the beginning everything went well but when I topped up my account today, with 17 euros and can't use it anymore because they now want my ID, and I can throw my account in the trash because I don't send my ID to a site like that. I got a phishing warning from NordVPN, and I think I was scammed. They now see me as a fraud because I don't want to send my ID to them. they havnt said anything before the top-up that you need an ID card otherwise I would have understood but not like this

10 days ago (20/06/2025) i have sold 100k WoW EU gold , just wanted to know if they're scammers or not so i know for the future , anyways it have been 10 days now and i didn't get my money yet , when i called them i want my money they basically banned me , i recommend not to use their services

Horrible I wish the worst on your company and employees everyone is rude and cannot have enough brain cells to realize I need help I have contacted them the day I couldn't access my vcc anymore and it was also the same day I bought it I messaged them on the live chat that "hey give me my money back since you guys locked me out from visiting anything on your site give me back my 8 coins" that they are like 8 or 9€ and all they told me was "we can't help you here sent them an email on financial something" I did and they still haven't responded I sent again after a few days nothing I sent again with proof of transaction from the bank and my account details still nothing not even know they haven't responded they are sketchy do not buy from them at all. All they do is take your ID give you the vcc and you're lucky if it will work longer than a few days or weeks because they get taken down or you get told they are not valid anymore. It's a scam.

By closing the old account. These people stole a lot of money from the old card....Totaly Scam....

The service used to be very good, but I think it's become a scam lately. Be careful if you want to sell something on this site; they won't give you the money, and if you complain, they'll block you.
