Received a sealed game damaged

Received a sealed game with a chipped disc. Multiple stores couldn’t help. No response via social media. Longtime Pro member. Just requesting an exchange for a defective product.

Pretty good, if you ask me

This place is basically the building blocks of our childhood, they sold Pokemon, Minecraft, FNaF you name it! They also have good customer service, and they (Maybe sometimes) have the stuff you want. I have been looking for the Endo Series figures, they were in stock online, so my dad got Chica and Foxy, we found Bonnie and Freddy in a Target. Gamestop overall is pretty good!

GameStop as a store, not a resaler

I like GameStop! Great place to buy some used games, consoles, or controllers. I don’t like the resale values of things when I bring in old stuff I wanna get rid of. Other than that, great place

Mixed Experience – Room for Improvement

GameStop offers a decent selection of games, consoles, and collectibles, and I appreciate the occasional promotions and trade-in deals. However, the in-store experience can be hit or miss depending on the location—some staff are great, while others seem disengaged. Online orders are convenient, but shipping times and stock accuracy could definitely be improved. Overall, it's a reliable place for gaming products, but there’s room for better consistency in customer service and online performance.
