Big thanks to Shane in GameStop, Dundrum Shopping Centre in Dublin. I called in recently with my son's Nintendo Switch as we were unable to sort the multiplayer function. Shane patiently and cheerfully sorted it all out. We returned today and he recommended which games we should buy and signed us up for a loyalty card. Really superb customer service from Shane. His expertise was invaluable. We will be back.

False advertising at best
False advertising at best , placed order for a used starter pack , on delivery all that arrived was a disk , emailed to say incorrect order response was unfortunately it was disc only , when I stated advertisement included pictures and details of full used pack was told this information would be given to the advertising team and you guessed it within 5 mins it was no longer up on the site . Note I can return item at my own expense and and the it will be assessed to see if refund will be issued, buyer beware, very disappointing service
In response to your reply you clearly are trying to suggest I didn't realise what advertisement included , I have all emails and screenshot of original advertisement, will never purchase from you again .

Excellent Customer Service!
I had a problem with my bank which was not letting a pre-order be paid in full that I had made with Gamestop. I was referred to Gamestop customer service, & was put with a worker called Wayne through e-mail. Wayne was incredibly helpful. Gave me great advice, guided me through the steps to take to get my order & was very polite, speedy with his replies & informative. He answered all my questions. At no point did I feel like I wasn't talking to an actual person either. More people in customer service should be like Wayne.
