Very bad customer service.. they will ignore you rather than amend issues
Had issues with an order.. brought them into local store.. they didn't know what to do.. contacted the Facebook team. Was ignored.. emailed was ignored.. finally got a reply on the Facebook comments section to which I was told pm them.. I did this and was then blocked entirely by them with out even so much as a reply... avoid these clowns

Gamestop Swords (pavilions)
I had a fantastic experience. Patrick (paddy) from gamestop swords in the pavilions was so good to me. He went really went above and beyond to help me. From calling me to tell me there was one available and providing information about the console. He helped me through the whole process when I was buying a PS5. The service he provided was truly wonderful.

Unappreciated customer

Amazing Staff
Gamestop Mallow store. The guys working there are an absolute credit to your company. Andy espically. Anytime that I am making an in store purchase I would always go to Mallow first. From great value to feeling appreciated as a customer and also the guys are very helpful and always have brilliant advice and reccomendations. That's not just for me as an adult I know that my son and his cousins also calling in here because the guys are so nice to them and helping find something in their budget. The staff in GameStop Limerick Crescent Shopping Centre were just amazing , they went above and beyond helping me find an item that is extremely difficult to get hands on at the moment. Click & Collect Shouldn't exist
I bought a product on the website with click and collect. I was supposed to get an email when the items were ready to collect. It has been 3 days never got the email. I went to the store. They said they had the item but couldn't give it to me until I got the 'email.' I decided to cancel the order. What's the point of offering click and collect when you have to wait several days for an item that should be available immediately?

Great customer service would defo recommend. Was considering getting a Preowned Xbox Series S but was skeptical about buying preowned especially at the price point. Called the store and the store manager Edward answered and thoroughly explained their process of testing, cleaning and boxing trades and also of the warranty included which pushed me to get it. When I got to the store he even threw in a new Lego Xbox game for free which my other son was absolutely chuffed with.
