I was tweeting CEX on twitter to get details for how to trade my Xbox One Halo console in, when I got a tweet from Gamestaar asking if they could be of assistance. Not the usual way you get approached, was I wary, yes, should I have been, no. So from the first communication with Gamestaar I've been very impressed with their prompt, professional and friendly customer service. It's been the best I've had the experience of in a while. My transaction with them was seamless, and I received my money for my console into bank account as promised (a very a competitive price). Don't usually write reviews but this company deserves your trade and customer. Can recommend 100% 🎮🕹️

Honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough. Everything was sorted within a few days and even replied quickly to some last minute queries I had. Couldn't fault them at all. 5* across the board.

A friend recommended Gamestaar to me as I was selling 2 consoles so I decided to give it a go.

Once I agreed to their quote, they arranged for the goods to be collected from my home. All I had to do was package the consoles and apply the labels Gamestaar provided.

Within 24 hours of receiving my goods, they paid me with no fuss using my preferred payment method (PayPal).

Overall, it was a superb service and I would recommend to all.

I reached out on Twitter to sell some games for the second time and once again, super quick to respond to let me know how much I could get for them. Sent my details via email and shipping label was sent the following day. They paid me within 48 hours of receiving it and doubled my money as it wasn't within 24 hours, so all round a good result!

I'll definitely be using Gamestaar again!

Reached out to Gamestaar over Twitter on a Saturday since their site was undergoing maintenance. Response was great throughout the day (until late!) and I sent them photographs so help them assess the trade in value based on condition, etc. Rob followed up on email Sunday as had been promised by the person on Twitter. DHL arrived hours ahead of the allotted time Monday and the whole process was very smooth through to payout today (Wednesday). Highly recommended from me - a company that values their customer to ensure that the whole trading in process is stress free. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise!

Parcel was collected via DPD on the Monday morning.

Couldn't of made the whole process of trading in multiple consoles and games any easier even during a friggin' pandemic! Discovered on Twitter and within a week I had everything collected at an arranged time by courier and money in the bank cha-ching! I only had to leave the house in my favourite lounge pants and slippers to put the package outside my front door. Absolutely amazing customer service! Thanks guys!

I came across this company on twitter whilst looking to see when an alternative company was reopening their shops. Saw the great feedback from the pre-launch phase and decided to give them a go. Traded my items on their site which gives you an immediate cash price. They arrange a free courier to collect from your house (plus they use DPD or DHL) and email the shipping label for your parcel(s). Courier came and delivered the parcel the following day and got paid via Paypal today. So 3 working days in total for the whole process, amazing. You get constant text updates about your order too and if you have questions, they are very responsive on their social media such as twitter. Have a second order en route and will definitely be using them again in the future. Great first impressions for a small startup company and wish them all the very best! One very happy customer.
