Used these guys before and were great
Used these guys before and were great. First time using on a pre order so was hopefully for receiving on release date but was unsure as a small business. Of course they came through and get FF16 on day of release. Great service and great company. I don’t buy games as much as I use to due to time and life but when I want a new game, this is who I’ll come too. Keep up the good work

Pre order of final fantasy not sent…
Pre order of final fantasy not sent until after release day. Disc loose and scratched.
Update: The only service I required was the pre order to arrive on time. As I took the day off I went and bought it locally and sold the copy from Gamesoldseperately to a second hand store.

All Final Fantasy pre orders placed prior to Monday 19th June were sent on Wednesday 21st June (the day before release) in line with the strict street date imposed by the publisher. I understand this doesn't allow enough time for every single order to arrive on release day but I do not have any control over the postal system or the publisher street dates. We do offer £5 discount vouchers to customers who's pre order arrives after release day (provided the order is not returned), even though, this area is completely out of our control.
I would like to take this opportunity to say, you have left a 1 star service review but you haven't given us the opportunity to offer a full service. If there is a problem with your order, your first port of call should be to contact customer service. We have no record of you contacting us to report a problem with the disc. Without giving us the opportunity to put it right, you are not acting in good faith. Our email, phone number, and address are clearly available on our website and on the invoice you received with your game.
UPDATE - So, not only do you refuse to contact us about the issue but you then sell a damaged disc to a local store? Pretty sure that's against their terms and quite annoying for whoever may pick it up afterwards. Or maybe, someone is exaggerating and throwing their toys out of the pram over a 1 day delay which is out of our control? I guess this is a mystery that will never be solved.

Best prices for games in the UK
I haven't found anywhere better for games pricing in the UK. Sent with tracking and arrived on time. No complaints. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!
