I was looking to add an old version of Affinity Photo to a new PC the same as I had on my old one. I found Gameseal listing this for a cheap price so paid the money expecting a link. No link just a code was emailed to me and I had to go searching for a download, found a link for old versions on the Affinity site so downloaded it. When I tried to use the code I was sent it was not even in the correct format so didn't work :(

Lowest price for the game, key worked perfectly, when I tried to buy before and something happened they did a refund directly. Bit of a warning about epic keys - the button COPY KEY copies the key with KEY: in front and that makes it fail to work when redeeming, just manually copy it

I placed an order on Gameseal and purchase two razor gold cards I haven't signed up for the premium membership. Initially the payment was declined by my bank and so I called them to verify that it was I that made the purchase online. Gameseal then placed my order on hold and required additional identification verification. I went to the security website and did my identification verification and it was completely accepted. Gameseals customer service stated, "Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we could not verify your purchase. Therefore, we were forced to initiate a refund on our end. It may take one or two working days for money to come back to your account." What kind of BS is that? They have all the sophisticated verification in place and they still can't get it right! Completely incompetent! If the payment went through and the verification went through what's the issue? How hard is it to cross reference with two systems? Ridiculousness!

Purchased a google voucher to be used in the UK (as described)
Doesn't work so I contacted support, no response and the ticket I raised has disappeared too.
I wouldn't bother.
