Fantastic Company.
Fantastic Company.. Purchased a Retro Fighters Defender for my PS2 and PS3. The PS2 worked Sublime with every game but the PS3 Dongle didn't work at all. Gamesconnection paid for the Dongles return and once they had received it they then sent me free of charge Brand New Defender controller with a New Updated Dongle and told me to keep both controllers. Now I have Two Defenders both working perfectly on my PS2 and my PS3. A really great company that I carn't praise enough.

Honest and excellent customer service
I had misread the description and did not realize that the item I had purchased was back ordered and would not be dispatched for some time - the team immediately offered to switch my order to a similar model (£40 cheaper and with all the functionality I need) and dispatch it for me as quickly as they could. It's a sign of great customer service when someone offers to change your order even though it will mean less money going their way. They really went out of their way to help me. Five stars!
