Absolutely no problem yith my order.
1 week until arrival.
Good condition.
I had some doubt concerning Games Island because i red too much reviews...
Disapointed people write bad reviews so i came to give a good one.
I even pulled the Greninja from the display of Twilight Masquerade.

I'll definitelly order again in the future.

Good prices but usually you have to make the order several times just to see that you order has not been completed and all items are out of stock..

Top service, the items ordered were delivered in time and perfect conditions.

I have placed my order on Dec 4th, to get my presents in time for Christmas. After 2 weeks and 2 inquiries same exact non answer about my order : "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, due to the current high order volume, there are slight delays in shipping.
Be assured, however, that we are already working at full speed and will ship your order soon."
I will never have it on time for Christmas now and customer support says nothing about expected timeline or fast shipment options, I am very disappointed to say the least.
I can understand that a lot orders may delay shipment but do not lie about it on the website (my order is still expected to be delivered between Dec 6th and 9th on my account). I am this close to just cancel it.

Edit Dec 29 st : 10 days later, my order still wasn't shipped, so I've decided to cancel it. Again I don't understand how it was possible that after more than 3 weeks nothing was done, it makes no sense to me, I would have never placed an order if the real shipment information were displayed on the website, I guess that's a company policy. So sad and disappointed.

When PDP lost the package, GameIsland was fast in resending the item, being proactive, attentive and responsive. They even added a little chocolate as apologies for the delay which wasn't even their fault

The product prices are very good, but what really distinguishes Games Island is the staff service. It is pretty incredible how quickly they get back to you, no matter what queries you may have. You will not find another level of service that betters that at Games Island.

We got messed about with our usual UK Retailer & We found Games-island online, they were super helpful. Despatched fast, parcel did get delayed at customs but that was due to DPD & not Games-Island.
