After not receiving any shipping details I contacted their support email and opened a PayPal case. 20 days after I placed my order I finally got a response; Due to a custom name on one of the ordered jerseys there was a delay.
It took almost a month until I received my order and I would've been happy about a heads-up by them for the delay. The person from the email support did his best and was friendly.
I don't know whether the 1 star reviews here did not receive their order or just had a delay like me, but I can confirm that that Gamers Apparel is legit and the product quality is good.

Fantastic Customer Service start to finish. Gareth designed our concept products, with an interactive journey for us to be included in the process. Very Happy with the designs, and the speed of service. Jamie is also about for help and guidance regarding their brand, and how our store will integrate. Very satisfied, and would recommend!

after 9 month now i had payed but never was there a package for me... what can we do to get our money back from an international scammer...

Myself made an order which I haven't received and missed for an important event with spending over £100. I tried to make a deal with the owner however kept beating around the bush and making excuses. I have waited over 2 months for my order and still nothing. I reached out to a few people who have also been waiting with one of them being nearly 5 months!!!

We opened up our own store via this site so our gaming club members could order their own gear.

I've had to chase every single order and I get fobbed off every time.

The only way to get a response to your discord ticket is to post in a public channel... you soon get a reply then.

It's a shame because the products are good but the service is diabolical. AVOID

Ordered from them in November 2022, have still not received item. Sent two emails, two support tickets on their websites and a twitter DM with no response.

I made an order last year in the month on July and not even got my order or a email from them even when I put 3 tickets in they have not responded this website should be taking down

Amazing Design work and professionalism in the process.

Waited over 3 months for a small order with constant promises of it would be here soon and it never does. Have done several orders with them and not a single one was handled or delivered problem free. Our advice would be to avoid and use a more reputable service.

Ordered about $100 worth of merch, and it got lost in the mail. Shipping company said the seller has to contact them for a refund, but seller has been almost completely unresponsive, and almost a year later I have no refund and no merch that I purchased.
