Long long waiting time. Bad customer experience.
The shop seems totally unqualified to send my package. The website states, it was shipped, the tracking number states, nothing was handed over to the carrier (GLS).
The support promised me, that the product will be shipped in the next few days but nothing happened, after one week after the contact. Still waiting... This is a horrible experience. Not recommended.

Gamemat.eu in a nutshell. Happy to take your money, but when there is an issue with your order (missing item of high value) they will ignore you. I recommend that people avoid this site if you don't want to risk losing large sums of money.

This mat arrived faster from another country then a letter did with our national post service.
Somebody should be ashamed and it is not Gamemat.

Outstanding service.
You are kept informed of the process all the way. Production and Delivery, from Poland, happened in a matter of days.
Items were received fully intact and well package. Excellent quality material and a good deal for the price, even when you factor the postage in.
The 'mystery mats' turned out to be a great thing to grab.
Highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service
I got a mat and folding table two years ago for Christmas. Unfortunately Santa picked not the mat I wanted. Unrelated to that a phase in which I barely played Warhammer at all took place in my life. Now after two years I am back in the hobby and I contacted the customer service to ask if I could still get a replacement for my old mat. They told me it is no problem and I just had to pay 5€ for shipping after sending my old mat back to them. Amazing! I am very thankful to the company.
The products themselves are of very good quality and I have nothing to complain about them. Though they haven't seen much use in my hobby life yet. I have just the tiniest critique: the mat is overhanging the round corners of the folding table just a little bit. But that is not a big problem at all.
Awesome company! Check them out. :)

High quality product, friendly service
High quality mat, purchased for WH40K Kill Team to add a bit of spice to the battlefield (certainly better than just playing on the kitchen table). The mat itself is really decent, durable and with crisp images on it. It's like mousemat material. It took a while to arrive, a couple of weeks, but then I was expecting this since it was being shipped from mainland Europe. Fairly priced, too. Happy customer.

Do not i repeat do not buy directly from them great game mats and tables but they can not fur-fill a order to save there lives constant promises to dispatch and then never does a weeks wages sunk in to them for ages so glad i paid buy paypal avoid avoid avoid buying from then direct
