From the moment I started browsing for a server the service has been incredible, real people to talk to not robots and the one time I’ve had an issue I joined the discord, posted a ticket and had everything fixed in like 5 minutes, 10/10 can’t reccomend enough

The server quality is great and Michael is an Icon we all love Michael he is the GOAT and I wouldnt change him for anything.

I rented a server to play Palworld with my friends and the experience was as smooth as can be. It was simple to get the SFTP information and there's also a web browser version so I was able to add mods and transfer/convert our co-op save into a dedicated server without losing any data. Game Host Bros even provides a robust guide on how to do this which was VERY VERY helpful. All of the world settings for the server are listed under Startup Parameters so it was simple to make updates and restart the sever in about 30 seconds.

I think the only thing that threw me off was I didn't realize there was an auto restart schedule set to run every day at 4AM. When the server is stopped, it will actually stay on after this schedule runs. This makes perfect sense to keep the server stable, but in our case we were only playing with a small group of people so we only wanted the server on at certain times. The schedule was easy to turn off once I found out about it. Just added a stop command after the restart.

Very affordable and solid performance for the price. Would highly recommend both for Palworld & Modded Minecraft.

Game Host Bros. has been my go-to team for server hosting, any time I need a server hosted. Their prices are fair and competitive, they have a great selection of games, but what makes them stand out is their customer service.

Game Host Bros. as a company have always been extremely helpful and friendly with their guides for installations and modding, but also with how easy they make things like server switching and account closures when you don't want to continue. The server hosting is by far the best available for Palworld. The customer service team is the most helpful I have ever experienced aswell as the most responsive, shootout to "ToeHunter" on their discord to being an absolute gem. Answers to any questions are prompt and direct. Suggestions are not just trying to push sales. Every part of the customer experience is top notch!

Very happy with the service and speed of the server ...but I am still unable to change the status of the server on my home computer.... currently only able to do stuff to it's status through a cell phone data plan

Good price, EXCELLENT customer service that all companies should aspire to. I will never use a different server provider. Frankly it's less hassle to host something with them for $8-20 for a 1 month period than for me to waste my time digging into the nitty gritty to host myself like I used to. I fully recommend them in every way.

One time using them their billing auto billed me 2 weeks before the server was set to end, and when I simply let them know I only was planning one month they simply refunded it and even gave me a memory upgrade as an appreciation for that server. It didn't need it, their base settings are usually solid.

Most recently I used them for V Rising. I failed to grab my save before losing server access for a backup. They not only went and found a backup (it was within 48 hours) but they also gave me a link to instructions on restoring it to my own machine or to other servers. Their responses were prompt, clear, brief and whelmingly friendly and timely.

I've only had to reboot the servers a handful of times across several months using them. No one's ever complained about lag that wasn't game induced. Every server has also had solid documentation and reference minimizing the time I have to go looking elsewhere for information on modifying server values/tweaking the settings I need. I honestly when considering the time their customer service probably takes feel like I've committed highway robbery when it comes to value.

I’ve worked with multiple hosting providers over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never run into something this unprofessional. I travel a lot, so sometimes my payments get flagged. Every other hosting company I’ve dealt with has a way to verify me and move forward. That’s normal customer service. Here? They flat-out refuse to even try.

Instead of actually helping, their support basically told me “sorry, not our problem” and cancelled my order. Then, when I tried again, they saw I was on a VPN and used that as an excuse to block me completely and tell me to “find another provider.” Imagine paying a company money, only to be told to go shop elsewhere. What kind of business model is that?

The part that really blows my mind is that they don’t even offer a verification process. No option to prove who you are. No attempt to keep you as a customer. Just a canned, robotic response and the door slammed in your face. That’s not security — that’s laziness. Other hosts manage to handle this stuff without a problem, so there’s no excuse here.

If this is how they treat paying customers before you even get a server, I can only imagine how bad the support would be after they’ve taken your money. A hosting company that tells customers to just “go elsewhere” isn’t a company worth trusting.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go with literally any other provider that actually wants your business.

Great services and customer support by far! Dealt with a lot of other companies, big and small. None compare to these guys! They understand customer happiness is the way to keep us and bring in more!

I have been using this site for different servers over the last couple years and it's always been a smooth experience. Super simple interface that helps change modpacks, download backups, and quick response times with tickets.

Overall an amazing experience that I haven't had with many companies in a long time.

Got a new server for my group to play V Rising together with! The GameHostBros staff was incredibly helpful with questions and concerns, and the detailed guides on how to use and manage the servers are insanely helpful. The prices are beyond fair too I'd say!

Probably one of the best game hosting services I’ve used so far, simple to use easy to add mods works with FileZilla it has all the server hosting tools you need, and to top it off it has very cheap services for what it offers
