I never ever buy anything from.ur platform even i didn't heard you before yesterday.when I saw from my account nearly 500 euros goes in ur account.i surprised and I stop my card and tell my bank about this fraud and also complain in police with all proofs of my bank extrait. hope anyone of u contact with me I send u email also but no reply I tried to call many times but no answer

However, we did email you earlier asking for some additional details (such as your order number or proof of payment) so that we can help you further, but we haven't received a response to that yet. Without your help, we unfortunately can't check or resolve anything for you.

We always advise you to be very careful with your bank details and never just enter them anywhere. That way you can prevent someone else from abusing your account, for example by making a purchase with us using your details.

I've been ordering from them for…

I've been ordering from them for multiple years. Only recently they have been blocking my orders. Then lifting them the next day. Not delivering immeadiatly whilst taking expensive Daopay methods (which they profit from greatly). They promise to instantly deliver but their customer service is not reachable in the weekends. I don't suggest ordering here unless you are not in a hurry.

Awful service. Didn't receive any code. E-mails and calls ignored. Took 2 months to contact them and get a refund!

UPD: it took almost 2 months to get a refund from them. E-mails got ignored, their phone number doesn't work: robotic woman says "sorry were aren't available", it was in the middle of a working day! The website also mentions "live chat", but it just doesn't exist on their website. Tried different browsers, disabled ad blocker -- live chat just doesn't exist!

The only thing which worked is Facebook Messenger. I wrote to them on Facebook, attached all the screenshots, including the screenshot of chargeback request to my bank. ONLY AFTER THAT they issued a refund.

Before that, I left this review on TrustPilot and an angry comment on their Facebook page.

Bought 25 EUR Nintendo eShop gift card for Christmas (24.12.2024). Never received anything! Sent them multiple e-mails -- no reaction! Tried to refund through PayPal -- it was declined because their policy doesn't cover gift cards. Now sent a chargeback request to my bank.

A bank transfer is a manual payment method and not a direct payment. This means that we can only process an order once the payment actually reaches us. Of course, if no amount is transferred, nothing will be shipped. This is a standard procedure with all manual payments.

We are a certified reseller of gift cards and take security and reliability very seriously. Therefore, we also have strict security measures to prevent misuse. Of course, if you had any doubts or questions about the payment process, you could have just contacted our customer service. We'll be happy to help!

I bought steam cards for €100 with a cost of €103.49 saying I was going to get it in the next 3 business days and also waiting for the codes in the email. I received the payment receipt but not the cards yet.
This was on December 20 2024.

"security problem" everytime

Whenever I want to buy any giftcards, steam, paysafecard, or jetoncash. Nothing works, It gives me a error message : there is a security problem and we canceled your order. For no reason, their anti-fraud system is broken and ban you for no reason. Impossible to use the site.

Can't make orders

When trying to make an order and pay via sms or card it keeps saying that there is a security problem. I saw that a lot of people has this issue and they seem to not fix it.

I bought a card from them and first of all it didn’t come and after I contacted them didn’t even return my money.

Edit: in the end on 13 of August they did return my money fully so I am great full for that. I would just choose a better alternative if I were you

It was fast I liked that allot good on that part but it scared me for a moment because I tried redeeming my code via the playstation application and it didn't work so I had to turn on mu playstation to do it and it work

Didn’t get my order

I had terrible experience with this shop. I didn’t receive my $10 card even though it’s been 3 days since I bought it. I reached out to the support and they keep pretending that there is something wrong with bank receipt I sent them. It’s super weird. Don’t they track what they sell or what?!
I’m afraid it might be difficult to get my money back.

I don’t recommend this shop at all and personally will never buy here again.

Wrong information

The people that work by Gamecardsdirect are kind and react fast, unfortunately they providing wrong information or don’t give suitable information around products as a result some people make the wrong choose in what they buy thinking they have the right product. Refunds aren’t possible on certain items so you are stuck with things you have no use for. I hope fairer and better service in this can be provided in the future and if the site doesn’t do or want to do this at least people here are warned.
