Slow support, slow withdrawals and an unpaid prize

Slow support, slow withdrawals and an unpaid leaderboard prize

Customer support is extremely slow. Replies take anywhere from 10 to over 30 hours, which makes resolving even simple issues frustrating.

The website feels cheap and unfinished, with a generic AI-generated design that doesn't inspire confidence.

Withdrawals are advertised as instant, but in my experience they take hours to process.

Worst of all, I have been waiting over two weeks for a leaderboard prize I won, with no payout and no clear explanation.

I wouldn't recommend this casino until they fix their support and pay outs.
