love galway crystal! i got the beautiful flutes as a gift at our wedding over 10years ago and at christmas my husband broke one! was so happy to see that they still had the same design and i was able to get them at a great proce, and although being delivered to the UK they arrived promptly with fantastic communication! these are my favourite glasses’

Galway crystal has a quality all of its own. Although I do know a lot is now outsourced you can always rely on the crystal being A1 quality and the shopping experience either instore or online to be a top notch experience. I have tried Kilkenny and Galway and found them to be comparable as fail safe presents for the in-laws and wife. Variety and products actually on stock even online. Unlike Tipperary Crystal now don't get me started!!!!!

Every Christmas I buy a few items to give as gifts from Galway Crystal and I am always so happy with the quality and the service. This year I was particularly pleased with the quick response from customer service when I inquired about a new duty fee the USA is requiring. I was concerned because I got an email saying $ was due and I thought it could be a scam. Customer service was quick to respond to me and put my mind at ease. I was able to get my items released from customs quickly and have received them and they are beautiful. I can’t wait to give them as gifts.

I used the click and collect service. As I collected the order I asked if they would gift wrap them. They did a beautiful job. Thank you so much.
