I purchased small crystal chandelier for my grandaughter's nursery. A good friend had recommended this company. The price was very reasonable so I decided to give it a try. I was extremely pleased when I received the light which was delivered in very timely manner. When we were unpacking we discovered 2 pieces that were broken. I called immediately and was very pleased with the customer service I recieved. She took my order number and asked what pieces were damaged. She apologized and said replacement parts would be mailed out immediately. I received these 3 days from the day I spoke with the customer service representative. My son-in-law finished with the assembly and hung the light without any difficulty. We are all VERY happy with the chandelier and can't wait to see the baby in her nursery in a few weeks. A highly recommend this company, not only for their reasonably priced, beautiful lights, but for their impeccable customer service.

The chandelier was exactly as pictured. It was delivered within a few days. And the company proactively called me to ensure I was satisfied with my order. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Customer service was outstanding.

I bought my second chandelier from Gallery 84. it was larger than the first one so i wondered what shape it would get here in. It was delivered sooner than i thought it would and with only one corner of the box damaged. the chandelier was in perfect shape, no damage. It went together easily and no missing pieces.It even had a couple of extra crystals.

We purchased the chandelier on line. It was easy process.
It came in the mail, nicely tightly packed and on time.
All pieces were included, pretty easy to assemble, instruction was included.
Everything works beautifly after it was hang.
Looks pretty just like the online picture showed.
Will definetely buy more from you in the cure..your prices are very reasonable as we'll

I've Ordered five chandeliers so far, the prices were really reasonable, and the merchandise really fabulous. I will be ordering again.

We requested shipping to a PO box and it turned out this was not an option, which delayed the shipment of our purchase by a few days. Otherwise everything was great. The product was well packed and arrived in perfect shape.

It would be better if I can choose the color of the hardware. Mine is silver tone and I received gold tone.

The quality of the chandeliers is good. I've bought several. Be aware that they do not come assembled. It takes a few hours to get one together + a general knowledge of wiring. But the product is a great value for the money and they ship quickly. My only real complaints are: If a product is out-of-stock the company does not call you. I waited 2 weeks before calling them myself to learn the chandelier was back ordered. Also, the most popular styles seem to be out-of-stock frequently. A pain if you've got a deadline or fussy client.

The flush mount chandelier was a cut down version of the the full Empire. Lots of left over crystals, and pieces. It didn't make sense to do it that way to us - but more importantly it should have been noted in the description that the purchaser needs to self modify the product.

I got great prices, dependable delivery, and quality products every time.
