Very slow delivery. Ordered for a specific occasion thinking it would be delivered in 3-6 days as stated but is not going to be delivered within that timeframe so wish I had ordered from somewhere as when you pay this much you expect it to be delivered on time. All they do when you contact is say you can return it if you now don’t want it but that really is not helpful and not the point!!! Wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered. Really disappointing and all they put on their website is obviously the good reviews! But the reviews on here and rating says it all!!!!

I ordered a poster at over 30€ for which the delivery date was announced to be 10 days ago. To date I have not reveived my paid for item. I have left several messages on the customer service email provided and have never received a response. I have tried calling the number provided on the gallerix website for customer service and there is no answer. Apparently there is no customer service. I absolutely do not recommend Gallerix.se.

I ordered three posters from Gallerix on their UK website. I paid nearly £8 for “3-6 day delivery”. It took almost a month, and therefore missed my wife’s birthday (they were a gift). My multiple requests to have the delivery fee refunded were ignored. I wouldn’t ever use Gallerix again.

Bought a poster from gallerix on the 27th September.. Still haven't recieved the poster as it seems to have been stuck in Copenhagen first and then HWDC langley at the moment..never used the company before and will not again..although they did reply to my emails fairly quickly the delivery times on their website should be changed as 3 to 6 days is false..hoping to receive parcel by the end of this week or requesting refund..maybe change your courier

Service from ordering to delivery was great, kept informed of delivery status.
Posters have WOW factor, feel like I am on holiday looking at view, amazing thank you.
I've order 7 days ago , no updates no tracking information. I will order for Desinio next time.

Contact is terrible (actually non existing, to be precise).
Order from somewhere else, if you can.

The customer service agent Mikael was spectacular. I wasn't even going to try and get a refund on my damaged goods due to the returns policy and some bad reviews. I simply decided to cut my losses, believing I would be fighting a losing battle. However, Mikael reached out to me after I wrote a bad review, which I have since deleted due to the great service I received from him. He really sort hard to put the matter right, by remarkably and thoroughly addressing all of my extensive complaints. He not only offered me a full refund of my damaged goods, which I received quickly, but he sought to address the returns policy too, which was purely frustrating to read as a customer. He explained the usual Gallerix procedure for returns, which is quite different from what was laid out in the terms and conditions of the returns policy, and this gave me a lot more peace. So Thank You Mikael for restoring my faith in Gallerix.
Excellent experience. Shipment was damaged by Fedex (carboard was litteraly wet, broken and poster badely damaged). Gallerix offered a replacement really quickly.

I placed an order New Years Day, my order arrived at the agreed time. The quality of the prints is excellent.
2 of the frames were slightly damaged when they arrived, I emailed the company and sent photos of the damage, they apologised and 2 more frames are on the way, I have received two new frames.
All I can say is I received first-class service all the way.
UPDATE!! I ordered from these guys on 14th December with 3-6 day shipping. Item never came. I had contact company multiple times with no success UNTIL I wrote a trust pilot review then they suddenly were happy to ‘help’. Lol!
Loool as if I couldn’t think this company could get any worse. The company promised they’d issued a refund to me on 26/12/2023. I didn’t receive the parcel until the 3rd January 2024! Yup!! I ordered it on 14th December… I had not received a refund so messaged them yesterday to see what’s going on.
‘ Thank you for your email. Upon checking, your package has been successfully delivered to you. So, we cannot issue a refund if the package has already been received.’ .. so they LIED on the 26th Dec saying they’d refund me as they would have only got the information of the parcel being delivered NINE DAYS AFTER!! I actually can not believe how terrible this company is.
Was convinced to order from Gallerix due to the advertised 3 to 6 days shipping on their site to the UK. Unfortunately this is absolutely not true as they fail to notify you that there are 3 days of 'processing' prior to 'shipping'.
All in all, fedex are scheduled to deliver on the 10th day. I'm now unable to gift this for xmas as planned as it did not arrive in the advertised time.
Customer support were no help either, just stating that there is in-fact delivery of 6 days - wait for it - after the 3 days of processing.
Guys, if I order and it takes 10 days to get to me, it's 10 days shipping. You are false advertising.

Gallerix will make it difficult for you to return items. If you want to return something, you just have to fill in a return form on their website, (which conveniently isn't there). You can write to their customer support but returning items isn't a priority for them, so don't expect much.
The print was of good quality & worth buying, but I wouldn’t buy a frame from them again. The frame is very flimsy & of poor quality.

For the people who can't read dutch: I payed money for(so called) four posters who all look like a copy out of the most cheap printer with empty cartridges so save yourself the money and annoyance cause it is poor quality and a waste of your money!
