Excellent Customer Service from Shaz
Really great service from sales consultant Shaz. I have bought a Gallant max 360 punch bag. It’s a very good bag. Being not too practical I have had simple queries about assembling and also securing the bag so i have telephoned the store. Both occasions Shaz gave me excellent advice. He is really determined to give brilliant customer service. I’m in London so cannot thank him personally. Can you please thank him on my behalf.

Good wrist support at a very fair price
I wanted a right wrist support at a reasonable price, I had a left wrist one. A well-known retailer in a supermarket sells one for about £18, I bought a Bionix one from Gallant for about £7, including free postage. I ordered it on Saturday, it arrived on Tuesday, a day early. From past experience I know that the Bionix is very similar to what the NHS supplies, so I'm happy to recommend this product.
