The owner is easy to communicate with. Any issues that may arise are delt with in a timely manner and resolved after the first attempt. The alarm system works well and gives my family peace of mind!

Company only allows contact phone numbers in North American format. No text block to enter anything else.

It was delivered on time it was promised. I had a concern about charging the pendant, Wich was answered promptly.

You sent the wrong item - I only received a watch but had ordered the pkg with watch, lanyard and belt attachment -no one has responded to my emails to correct the situation - very frustrating

it's less than a month since I received it, first impressions received it very fast(the next day)
when I called them the response was very fast. They were right there with all my questions. So the first couple of weeks was impressive. Hope this carry's on if you want another review get in touch with me in 2 to 3 months time

Have yet to receive the product, but conveniently changed me for it! So very disappointed with the service so far.

So far everything has been good. Took a week to come because of the mail strick. Hopefully I will never need the device ,but it is a comfort to know I am prepared for any assistance. The only thing is I wish I had gotten the watch

Easy set up & helpful staff. Had a couple billing issues, but hoping it's all sorted out now. Had a problem with the key box, but it was replaced super fast! Feel much more comfortable knowing my Father has this with him now!

Arrived quickly. Wristband is comfortable. Works well and easy to use. After-sales support was great!

So far, it seems to be working well. I have accidentally pushed the button a couple of times and the response time was good.

Hard time getting through on the phone and never received a call back. Had to phone a few times before I got my issue solved.

We needed a medical alert device for our mother and did some research. Galaxy Medical Alert was perfect for us. It was simple and straightforward. There was always somebody right there to respond when we had any questions both about the account or about the actual device and service. The device itself is extremely user friendly. And since we opted to also have the Caregiver App on our smart phones, we were able to view Mom's location as well as the battery strength of the device at any time. The device worked whether Mom was at home or out in the community. When we needed to cancel, it was no hassle and easy to do. Highly recommend Galaxy Medical Alert. Thank you.

Your product is well designed and user friendly. One suggestion I would make is a slightly longer wrist band. My father is 89 years old and not a large man and yet it just fits on the last notch in the band. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. Your customer service staff have been very professional and helpful.
