(Over the past few months I had been trying to buy a fragrance - " Creation Lamis Catsuit for Men DELUXE LIMITED EDITION".3 times I bought the Limited Edition as described and pictured on websites including Ebay and 3 times I received the normal version.)
A recent search resulted in me buying this fragrance from the Galaxy Cosmetics website which showed the LImited Edition box/Tin and described it as such.Once again I received the normal version.
Galaxy Cosmetics (Victoria) were very quick to reply to my E:Mail (30 minutes) via the website and issued an apology. They had ordered the Limited Edition Version and for some reason they had been supplied with the normal version.I'm guessing that they have a warehouse or similar and the people who pack orders are not necessarily experts in what they are packing up.
"Victoria " also said they would refund me as it was their mistake.
To be clear the Bottle and fragrance will be the same it just will not be in a fancy Tin Box.
So I cannot fault Galaxy Cosmetics on their dispatch/posting or delivery time.The outer packaging was also good. The speedy resolution of the problem is also in their favor.
I will order from Galaxy Cosmetics again but will check with them that the editions shown are what I will receive.
