Exceptional support and genuine care for customers
I’ve been very impressed with Galaxy Cloud Solutions, especially by the level of personal attention and responsibility behind the service.
Recently, they proactively contacted me about a fail2ban configuration issue affecting Debian 12. They clearly explained what had gone wrong, acknowledged that the issue came from their image configuration, and provided an exact fix instead of waiting for customers to discover the problem themselves.
That kind of transparency and initiative is rare, especially from a smaller VPS provider. The communication felt personal, technically competent, and genuinely focused on helping the customer rather than simply closing a support ticket.
I also really appreciate how approachable the service feels. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into running the platform and looking after customers.
Very positive experience so far, and I have a lot of respect for the way Galaxy Cloud Solutions is being operated.
