I've been using different platforms for years, because of bonuses, variety of betting options, etc. And I agree with majority of people below me - this company is a total scam. You can win a lot but when time comes to withdrawal, they will make up any reason to reduce your winnings to minimum. In my case, after winning couple thousands from 300 EUR and wanting to withdraw, all of the sudden they claimed that there is a limit of 3 bets per match and I am a fraud for exposing this. Therefore they cancelled all my won bets. I was never warned about this rule, I made a deposit in January (month ago) and there was no such rule. They said I have to check the rules and its my responsibility.
Basically, you can win today, they will see that you won a lot, then tomorrow they will add a new rule, and will say that you did not follow rules, call you a fraud and cancel your winnings. I have screenshots, detailed information etc.

NEVER, EVER USE THIS TRASH WEBSITE. And I suggest, report it to your local gambling authorities perhaps they will block it. Just had a conversation with LTU authorities, they thanked for the info and granted me this will be blocked and accessible to Lithuanian players. They also said this company has no license to work in Lithuania. Total fraud company.

Time it went wrong for me i put in about 100 euros
won roughly about 700 euros and i couldn't withdraw i asked them why apparently i had a bonus going on for bout 4 euros and everything i won would be voided or i can withdraw 50 euros then she told me the money has been deducted from my deposit within 2 seconds the money was gone. I requested to close my account and withdraw the 100 euros i had left on it they really close your account before you can even put a req out but 'hopefully' they send it back who knows at this point.

After all verification made. Withdrawall was approved within 2 hours. I recomend this casino. They are very friendly(support chat) and they resolve any issue you may have. I deposited 100 $ they gave me 50 $bonus, when i read the terms of the bonus, wagering 7 Times, odds more than 1.8 and maximum stake during wagering IS the amount of bonus. I found it so complicated as any other, a method to SCAM people, i contacted their live support for more information, their agent told me if i place bets with stakes more than the amount of bonus, they will not be counted for bonus wagering only. When i wanted to make a withdrawal, they Cancelled all my winnings by saying it's a violation if their rules to bet more than the bonus amount during bonus, these thieves dare to pronounce terms violation you Can find no bookmaker applying these cunning rules but even on their website it was not written that it's forbidden, Their agent told le that they will only not be counted for bonus wagering if i place bets with stakes more than bonus amount

The most silly bet site I have ever known. I deposit some money on Buff.bet a few years ago, at least Buff.bet has some good sports markets I can place bets. Then Buff.bet was gone, and Galaxy.bet takes over. The most terribly thing is they use some SSL certificate, which none of the major browsers support it. So I can't login any more. I have complained about this, the support staff even told me that I should ask all major browsers to support their stupid certificate. Nowadays, in Adroid, I can't even search it in google.
Where can I file a law suit against it?

They closed my account, lied about me having multiple accounts and didn't want to payout my money.

I was won over by the quality of the customer service, their immediate response and willingness to always assist their customer to the fullest. While I could not give their online casino an overall rating of more than above average, when having absolutely no expectations, I was actually pleasantly surprised and would definitely consider staying on the site for a while.

Galaxy.bet will use their authority to suspend your account once you try to withdraw the money. I was refused withdrawal of EUR 2650 because I had played amateur basketball 10 (!) years ago. Can you imagine a legit sportsbook refusing to pay under such reasoning?

Beware, as they will use every chance they have to apply their "Terms and Conditions" as they wish and you will be left with empty pockets. They even have to power to suspend your winning account at the slightest "suspicion" without giving any reasons thereof. But, as long as you're losing, they'll accept your deposits, of course.

Also, the Curacao Gaming Control Board to which I complained, was no use, as they simply repeated the Galaxy.bet's arguments, without trying to get to the bottom of this issue (I had prepared a 39-pages long complaint with chat transcripts, e-mails etc). That being said, also AVOID any gambling sites registered in Curacao, as the complaint review process is simply a fruitless formality and consumer rights protection is not held in high esteem there. There are tons of much better alternatives to trust your money with!

First of all they have a withdrawal limit, so you can lose all you want, but you are capped at winning.

They will find whatever reason they can to not pay out your winnings.

I even tried getting my withdrawal canceled on the reason "We thought you wanted to play for that money"
