Not overly impressed, fabric feels quite cheap and it doesn’t have the same comfy stress you get with brands like Able. I’m a size 16 so went with the XXL but the leggings roll over every time you ben... See more

Amazing customer service
I messaged them on insta back in the start of January for an out of stock product and they advised it would be back online for pre-order and would message when it was.
as it was instagram, I was a bit skeptic thinking it maybe forgotten and just kept an eye out. A couple days later I got a message saying the size was back online and ready to order! So I went online and bought my leggings! ☺️

Hey Brenda, Thank you very much for your feedback, our leggings are a little more supportive than most, the high-quality fabric allows the legging not to fall down and supports you through each and every exercise! Hope this helps.

Hello Mary,
We hope you are well! We are extremely sorry you are yet to receive your order, sadly due to current strikes and the holiday period, Royal Mail is facing major delays. we did make you aware via email that we would be in touch with Royal Mail to ask for it to be moved through the system faster, once we receive a response we will be back in touch with you. Rest assured we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Once again we are extremely sorry for the delay.

First time ordering from gaineasy. liked…
First time ordering from gaineasy liked the look of fabric, ordered size M but found these quite tight! I'm bordering 12/14 so maybe should have ordered L but I'm going down in size so other than trying on I haven't used them yet.

Overall great product! Just want more choice
Online order smooth and easy, got my order in a decent time frame. No complain!
Product quality is good and price is not too outrageous. Product match the picture as well.
I'd just love to see more option for sizes (the large is quite small considering it is your largest choice) and more choice of colors!

Free returns in UK - False
First pair of leggings I ordered, didn't fit me, so I returned the parcel. I live in the UK. When you live in the UK, returns are free.
I asked for a returns label, as I didn't receive one, and made Gaineasy aware that I'm in the UK. However, once returned, they only partially refunded me, because they deducted shipping. Which is odd.
I don't care to go through customer service again to ask for the shipping back, as I'm entitled to. It's a pain.
Unfortunately, it does make me reluctant to order from this company again. Especially since the leggings didn't fit me in my usual size either.
****Your reply to this comment is not true. I didn't receive an email with the returns label, you sendt the address manually. It had not entered my junk mail. And the free shipping that's advertised over £40 is upon purchase. In your email, you stated to me that if I were in the UK, my return shipping would be free. I queried and you sendt me the label.
I have also not received a full refund as claimed. I was notified, and it clearly states on my order, that I have been partially refunded. I paid £30 for leggings and paid for shipping myself on top of this. You refunded me £25.
It's no chip of my shoulder, but 3 stars is decent compared to the misguided advertising and false claims in your email responses.

Hey Jazmine, Thank you for your feedback.
As discussed via email, we did issue you a returns label the same day as requested which we have on file, sadly it seemed you had an issue recieving the returns label due to entering your junk mail, however when we were made aware, a new email with the same returns label was sent, which you confimed you recieved and used.
With regards to postage, UK returns are free as you recieved a returns label. The reason you recieved a partially refunded email is due to the cost you initally paid for shipping when you spent under £40 (Free shipping over £40) therefore you recieved a full refund for the order.
We hope this clarifys the matter.
**** Following on from our previous message, All return labels are sent manualy via our Gaineasy email address. Your order included Evolve seamless leggings which are £25 and 1st class shipping which you opted for at checkout which is £5, which sadly cannot be refunded. Therefore total refund recieved is £25 cost of leggings.
Feel free to contact us at info@gaineasy.co if you have any other questions! Hope this helps.
Many thanks,
Claire

Love these leggings! Nice thick material and great if you’re short like me (I’m 5’1) On the tight side so keep in mind when buying! I am a UK 10-12 and I got the M which is perfect!
