Customer care as it is meant to be

I met a friend for a coffee here . I see myself often now with great coffee and lovely staff welcoming.

Thank you Lewis for a superb customer care. No questions asked when a refund requested in a hot day for a funny looking milk. Little I knew it was the way milk is treated. While I was gathering words to apologize a commplementary coffee with amazing smile made my day😊

Poor Customer Service with staff that is often rude. Excruciatingly and unjustifiably expensive for what it offers, especially on bread. Example: baguettes MUST be CRUSTY on the outside and soft, fresh on the inside. I've purchased a so-called "baguette", which was admittedly great in shape, but soggy and rubbery (so at all crusty whatsoever). Great marketing, massively let down by very poor execution in bread-making and very high prices. FRESH bread means bread MADE ON THE PREMISES AND WHOLLY IN THE DAY, all the way from mixing to proving to baking. Not something pre-made elsewhere, frozen, transported and then re-heated on the premises (which is how it felt and tasted). Not buying again.
