Very disappointed with service in Gail’s Berkhamsted today! Was after some spinach rolls. Told to come back in an hour as more being cooked. Struggled back with my heavy shopping after 30 minutes only to be told that batch I’d arrived early for and was going to a coffee whilst I wait also sold out! Mmm very disappointing staff communication! Left with no purchases made and no apology from staff …

The absolute best chai latte in town. The staff and manager were friendly and accommodating, as always, great selection of food, both sweet and savoury. Still my number one stop when I’m out and about in Berko!
