Great cakes but that's it

Had walked past earlier and it looked busy and popular so decided to stop for a cuppa a bit later.
Wish I hadn't bothered and had walked to one down the road.
Staff seem totally indifferent, tables not cleared plus very noisy.
My lemon and ginger tea was lukewarm and insipid.
VERY DISAPPOINTING

Dog-Gone Stupidity - Dogs Not Welcome

Dog-Gone Stupidity - Gail's Beaconsfield.
The world has gone mad!

First they wouldn't let dogs in and now apparently your dog must be silent and not let out a whimper otherwise you have the staff come up and tell you to keep your dog quiet as its upsetting the customers.

Well - both my dog & I are paying customers and we had been loyal customers but after being told to" stop her noise, keep her quiet or leave as we've had complaints" - this will be the last time we use Gail's.

Over priced. Inexperienced and poorly trained staff.
Customers who perhaps don't understand that if they come into a cafe/restaurant where dogs are allowed, there will be some dog noise!

Staff who don't know how to treat customers.

Terrible experience and will not be using them again - ever!

We will tell everyone with a dog - stay away as they're insincere about being dog friendly and be training my dog to treat Gail's as a perfect spot to choose for a No 2 (outside of course)!!!

The shop looks dirty and tired

The shop looks dirty and tired. The Tables were overflowing with cups and dirty crockery despite it being only 9am and the tables that were empty were unwashed and covered in sticky patches and crumbs. Staff look bored and there is no customer service at all. I usually go to an independent artisan bakery which does better bread and is cheaper. I won't be coming back to Gail's
