Congrats to Megan who is running the shop in a very efficient way, always smiling, always helpful ! great service and great food.

I recently visited Gails at Barons Court and I was very pleased with the service I received from Meghan (I hope I have spelt her name correctly). I wanted the hazelnut bread sliced and while her colleagues were saying it was not possible she stepped in and showed them the list of breads that are not to be sliced and that bread was not on the list. I know it may sound like a small thing but I really needed it sliced and that helped me have a positive experience and purchase the bread which I wouldn't have otherwise. Good to see employees who are helpful and proactive. Ps please change the shape of this bread back as the slices now are way too small.

Love this place, what a great addition to the neighbourhood - great coffee and bakery. Shout-out to Megan who is the sweetest and most hardworking lady, she never forgets a face. Thanks Gail's!

I went for just to grab a quick coffee at Gail'in Barons Court today.
The smell of the coffee and the display at counter made me feel I had to seat to enjoy a cap tea and cake.
Hard choice: which one.
Jaid he was amazing on help me out choose. Very professional.
I got some bread take away for home.
Which was the cherry on the cake.
I had to write this review.
You must try Gail's at least once
If you get lucky and Jaid is on duty.
The enjoyment start at the door.

I have been so happy since this Gail's coffee shop opened in Barons Court, it has transformed the area and brought with it gorgeous coffee, baked goodies, and the loveliest team! Every morning I'm greeted with such amazing energy and kindness from everyone who works there. Margo ensures all customers are remembered and made to feel special, and in turn she runs a very happy team. Love this place and its people, thanks for brightening my mornings guys!
