BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE GA DUCT CLEANING!!!!!! for your home duct cleaning. I got them to come to my house on June 16th 2026 to clean my ducting as I was noticing excess dust accumulation in my house between vacuuming. I have previously got this done every 2-3 years. I have never used these guys before. Now, a normal Duct Cleaning Truck has a very large box on it with a very large vacuum system and it is full of huge filter socks that when in operation extend out the top of of the truck box and catch the dust from your ducts. The truck that came to my house was a 3/4 ton window van (like your local taxi would have to cart a bunch of people to the airport. The guys opened up the sliding side door on the van and there was a micky mouse vacuum in it just sitting there, not permanently mounted even. I asked where the big truck was. They said this will work fine. I said we'll see. They completed their work, I paid them, they left. For the next 3 weeks I noticed a very little difference in the amount of dust that was accumulating. It was like they were never here. I opened some vents and there was still lots of dust and dirt in my ducts. Today, July 7th, I called them and told them I was not satisfied and I wanted my money back. They said they will only warranty their work for 5-10 days after the service. I said what kind of warranty is that 5-10 days, normally a warranty is 30 days, 1yr, 3yrs? 5-10 days is not a warranty and it says on their website 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. They told me yes, for 5-10 days!
