I shock when your company automatically…

I shock when your company automatically deduct from my baiduri bank account $59.01 last may 1 4:00 in the morning that time I'm still sleeping, with out my knowledge how come your company simply deduct money from my brunei bank? I call bank to blocked my ATM card . I received message in Gmail by ELSA that I can receive a refund why until today May 14 (Wednesday) I not yet receive my money? Please do follow up with your management. Thank you very much.
