Purchased an equivalent Dyson Battery, they took my money and never delivered. I emailed them 4 times, no response. I would not recommend them.

Scammer shop. Buy electric bike 5 of August don't get item started writing for customer service don't get answers.... Just opened fraud scam case.

Pay attention to the 5-star reviews there are fake people because they all wrote only 1 feedback.

They listed an item for sale. After buying it and not getting an update for a few weeks, I started trying to contact the company. Most of their details are not valid. Finally I got a reply saying that the item was not in stock and that I would get a full refund. They then cancelled the refund. Total scam. They list items not available and hope that buyers do not contact them in time to receive a refund.

Very poor customer after sales service. Company very reluctant to issue full refunds for faulty scooters. This is still ongoing from 23/11/2024.

Stay away from this company they are fraudsters they send out faulty items I bought a scooter for £800 and it is faulty sent them numerous emails with no response whatsoever poor customer service still haven’t even spoken to them taking it up with my bank to see if I can get a refund

Arrived on time excellent delivery and item was packed extremely well

Admittedly I got a different set of earbuds to what I ordered but it turns out the Soundpeats Sonic was a perfect fit and a good soundstage in the ear. Very happy with what happened.

I cannot sing the praises of this company highly enough. Due to an immense foul-up this end I (or the kids) ordered this machine, anyway they very kindly took it back with no charge at their end, mind you cost a bit to send it back including insurance etc. Item was sent back unopened , ParcelForce rules aren't very clear about certain items so best to research rules before sending. Top notch company.

It's very hard to get though to customers service. Only E.mail. the service is not good. alot of people complain about the service.

Worst company ever, DS2 bike bought last September has battery issue since last February, couldn't get hold of them by phone at all, sent numerous emails, no response at all. If I would have read the reviews would have avoided.

Customer service is terrible.

To see if it was a one off I have bought multiple items (scooter, bike) and there’s been an issue with each item, when emailed about it they either take days to reply back at a time or don’t reply at all unless you spam with emails.

No point in reading the warranty, they will avoid answering your email to fix/replace the product… you’ll be waiting months to resolve the issue you had.

If you buy just make you it’s to buy and move in because any issue you have with your product will not be solved and if it is it won’t be solved quickly.

Apologies won’t fix our experience with customer service and they probably won’t get any better.

This is the second time ordering one of these as my kids both wanted one each, order went through smoothly and delivery time was swift for saying it was shipped to the UK fantastic company would recommend to anyone.

In April I ordered and received an Engwe electric bike. The company sent the wrong colour machine, the brakes are binding, the suspension is rock solid, the rear flywheel is damaged, the bike jumps out of gear when pedalling.
I contacted the company and sent a video, I was told they would send replacement parts, instead they said the parent company said to remove a loose circlip which can't be re-installed as the flywheel is so badly damaged.
I would avoid this company and this electric bike unless you want to waste £500 and end up with something I feel is too dangerous to use.
