great service.
I sold my i pod touch through Gadget Panda. I was amazed at how simple it was. This panda kept me informed by e mail all through the process, and before I knew it my money was in the bank. A more generous price compared to other similar companies.
Thank you Panda, I hope to meet up again.
I decided to trade in my iphone 4 16gb after getting an upgrade. My phone was in mint condition and i knew i could get around £180 if i sold it through ebay. To save the hassle though, gadget panda offered me £147 which i thought was reasonable. However they sent me a revised offer of just £100 saying the home button didn't work properly, i considered the home button would have fell into the normal 'wear and tear' condition as it was definitely still usable. As there was no scratches at all on either the screen or bodywork i was a bit disappointed. Shame really as the service and communication throughout was actually pretty good.

I was a little worried about using Gadget Panda, as I had never heard of them and found them via a Google search. I normally use Mazuma to sell my old gadgets. I decided to go for it, having read some good reviews. The service was excellent, they communicated throughout and responded quickly to my ad hoc emails. The price was easily the best being offered by the market. The entire process was complete within 48 hours and the cash in my bank. Would reccommend and would use again.
I sent an iPhone 3GS 16GB and it was rated as £59 on their website. It wasn't the best valuation on the market, but their reviews on here made me confident that my transaction would be handled correctly. Within a few days I got an email saying that they had rerated their valuation and they would only offer £39 due to their assessment of the phone's condition. Seeing as I had been offered up to £55 from other well reviewed gadget recycling sites, I asked for my phone to be returned. Gadgetpanda then asked me to pay a £5.90 return delivery fee despite their "Why Use Us" blurb saying "Should we offer a revised price for your gadget and you wish to decline, we will not charge you return postage in most cases" and their T&C saying "If you choose not to accept the revised offer, then we'll usually return the gadget free of charge." I suppose the key words here are "most cases" and "usually" which allows them a caveat to renege on a pre-agreed price knowing that most people wouldn't be bothered to send back return delivery fee. Gadgetpanda have claimed that the phone I sent them had a crack on the reverse, which invalidates their returns policy. The phone I sent had usage marks but no cracks. As they have my phone I can't prove my case either way.
I don't know how many times they do this, but this is what they're doing to me. I'm not saying they're untrustworthy or that this is how they always do business, just beware of them as from my short experience they have a suspect policy. I am loathe to send them £5.90 just because they chose to revalue my item, but now they have my phone, they can hold me to ransom, can't they? I have used Mazuma in the past, and while they don't have great rates either, at least they are prompt and more professional.
Regarding the rating, 1 star is harsh as they have not been rude and they are only unreasonable through their own T&Cs, but I can't give them 2 stars as I can't be sure that this bad experience wasn't done with malicious intent. 1.5/5 would be more apt.
UPDATE: GadgetPanda have responded to this review and offered to return my phone free of charge as a good will gesture. I will update the review and rating once the phone is received.
UPDATE 2: GadgetPanda returned my phone free of charge. Their communication has been good throughout.

I was unsure about selling my gadget online but Gadget Panda offered me the most for my iPod and they let me know when they had received it and paid the exact price for the iPod.
Was a little sceptical at first as Gadget Panda offered the most money for my IPhone and thought there might be a catch. But there wasn't and from the moment I said I would sell it to them they kept me informed of what was happening and when they had recieved my phone and when I would receive my money. I would use them again without hesitation
Very good company.
Easy to use and fast payment.
Would use the company again.
At first I was a little concerned that Gadget Panda was offering more for my iPhone than any other company and also expected me to send my phone off before receiving my money... you normally pay for something first, then they send it to you, right?
Well, I looked at the reviews of Gadget Panda and as they were so good I decided it was worth the risk.
I shouldn't have been worried as Gagdet Panda were great and i was paid on time into my bank account within 48hrs of them receiving my phone.
I wish all internet dealings were so trouble free.
Gadget Panda, great price and they do what they say there going to do !!
I had two iPod Touches to sell for my sons. Gadget Panda provided a great price and a really easy process. They quickly processed the gadgets and the money was in my account quickly. I would use again for sure.
Having recently upgraded my phone, I was left with an old phone that still had some value to it. Searching on line, I noted that Gadget Panda were offering almost twice as much trade in value as the other providers. Therefore I was a little suspicious, having not dealt with them previously. However I was wrong to be concerned and, despite the trade in taking place over the Christmas/New Year period, the service was prompt, effective and the trade in price quoted was paid in full with no query.
I sold my iPad 2 because I got an iPas Mini. Gadget Panda had the best price I could find anywhere, better than any other website or second-hand shop, the only way I think I could have received a better price would have been if I sold it to a friend. I would advise anyone thinking of selling to them that they're prices seem to depend on how much stock they have, if the price is not quite what you want, they might offer you a little more a couple of weeks later. All in all a very good website that delivers a very good service. Highly recommended!
Sent my fully functional iPhone 4 16GB after being offered £140. Used the recorded delivery as recommended (although not compulsory). After 2/3 days received an email with a revised price offer of £108 due to a faulty vibration function 'verified by 2 separate technicians' & was under no obligation to accept the revised offer. My only gripe is the iPhone was actually a brand new replacement handset from the Newcastle Apple store and only 3 months old and FULLY functional before it was sent. Like i mentioned before i was under no obligation to take the offer but for the hassle of losing the £10 recorded delivery charge & finding another site to sell it on i reluctantly accepted. A plus point was payment went with absolutely NO hassle.
I cant say any more, I looked around like we all do, and found this company recomended by THE SUN newspaper, so I gave them a try and was very pleased! Cheers guys your 10 miles in front of the others.
This company was amazing, payment was quite and the sending the gadget away was easy. Got my money's worth. Don't hesitate to use this company; will use again!
Having checked out various sites to sell my iPhone 3GS gadget panda offered one of the best deals. The further through the process I went the better the deal was as I had my box and original cables. Having made the decision to go with gadget panda the form was easily completed , the postage label printed and off it went. Within 2 days I had confirmation of the deal and a further 2 days saw the money in my account. Amazing service I would recommend wholeheartedly.
This is the first time I have sold a gadget online and at first I wasn't sure whether it was reliable and whether they would try to find fault with the device, thus lowering the price.
I'm glad to say that my experience was the opposite of what I had feared: Gadget Panda emailed me as soon as they received it to let me know they had it and we're inspecting it. The inspection only took about a day and a half and they sent me another email to say that it was in perfect condition and they had paid the money into my account as quoted.
As promised the money went into my account very quickly and hassle free. I am extremely pleased with their service and how fast it is. I sent my iPad 2 in on Monday and by Thursday I had the money. That's brilliant and I will definitely use them again in future.
They gave me a great valuation for my goods. Quick response, quick payment. Perfect!!!
Not much to say really - works perfectly, simple, quick, easy, great communication and very quick turnaround. Wish they would do it for more items and I could de-clutter!
I would use gadget panda every time as they kept me up to date with every step of the process. I sent my item to them on the Monday and received my cash on Thursday so really quick process and I got a great price too.
