Really liked using Gadcet which I have done twice now. 1st time they emailed me to check order was correct as was unusual to order so many but it was and I appreciated they checked. Once confided delivery next day. Definitely buying from again and first place will check.

Support email communication is terrible, ive asked 3 times why it is saying my refund has been cancelled and they dont respond. I called and they said my refund has been processed, but the last email I have says the return must be checked and have received no email to say my refund has been processed, even though my account is saying the refund was cancelled Friday that went past. I also got a quote over whatsapp for trading items in and was told to email support to get an official order for the quote i was given, ive emailed twice for that since over a week ago, with no reply at all to it.

Good quality product delivered quickly. All went well.
Only problem was a change in colour of the phone, agreed beforehand, and a little bit of cleaning up required in the set-up. But otherwise a realy good product.

Exemplary customer service. I'm absolutely blown away by their efficiency and communication. Half my order was missing - no ones fault; simply the ordering narrative is really confusing and the dispatch team used obvious logic. I emailed to advise on Thursday. Received a reply. Followed that up with a phone call on Friday morning. NO holding on for ages, NO press 1 for this and 2 for that or a 500th in the queue automated message. A real person answered, who was professional and efficient. The missing half of my order was delivered on Sunday! AMAZING!

Was in desperate need of phone as my old one was broken. Went with Gadcet as they promised next day delivery. Didn't receive it til a week later.

My item (PS4 Pro.) was delivered quicker than I expected, It was packaged perfectly. Everything was fine when I set it up, but when I bought the game and installed it, the PS4 Pro became very noisy and after approximately 10 minutes it automatically shut down. so I will have to buy elsewhere. I don't like to give negative feedbacks.

I’m so excited , I ordered iPhone 17promax and it was delivered sealed and new and delivery was very fast (next day delivery). I’ll highly recommend and shop from them again .
