I work for a company who G4S ireland and some times uk have outsourced alarm responses too. Could not recommend finding a different monitoring station enough. They will cost you an arm and a leg with pointless call outs especially during lock ups they will refuse to ring back if an alarm activation had been restored by staff. So im now driving to a site i know if fine because this is the 5th time theyve called about it. Even tho ive requested a recall as im in the middle of lock ups on other site.
G4S's running of the Restart scheme is a total shambles, supposed to be experts but in reality, just a bunch of students playing grown-ups in an open-plan office.
My advisor's English was appalling, the report they produced for me didn't even read correctly, grammar and punctuation were non existent, full of spelling mistakes, they couldn't even string a coherent paragraph together, actually looks like it was produced by a primary school child, how they got this contract is a mystery.
