I purchased a gift card that was not usable, as it appears to have already been redeemed. Despite requesting a refund, I have received no response.
This raises serious concerns about a possible scam or fraudulent activity. I expected this issue to be resolved immediately, but nothing happened .

never had an issue despite using this site for years. However, they do remove your balance if you're not active for long enough, and they have pretty predatory pushing of g2a+ when at checkout. they make the service easy, but they're greedy.

Purchasing Pragmata (and other games) was simple and without issue. Prices were good. The only thing I would urge is to please make sure the studios/developers are getting their cut to support them. I was reading reviews on G2A to learn if it was a legitimate platform (read mixed things) and some were saying that buying games on G2A does not benefit the developers and a big reason I buy games is to support the kind of games I want to be playing vs. the woke trash that a lot of studios like Ubisoft is trying to shove down our throats. So if G2A can just make sure the developers get a % of their cut, that would be perfect. I am in a position where I would pay a few dollars more on Steam if it meant that developers are getting their cut so to encourage the type of games I want to see. I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

It was wonderful to buy from g2a especially since it’s not a scam and got delivered fast. The key and all that was good and working and I’m happy for it.

I did a purchase and then followed the complex unfamiliar way to activate the purchase but hence it didn't work.

Every day for the weekend, you can spin to get up to 25% off on up to 3 products. Recently I bought Mad Max and The Lego Movie Videogame off of then and they are perfect. I love this marketplace.
