The medication comes in huge bags with ice packs surrounding a tiny bottle! lol I've lost 10 lbs in four weeks and am very pleased with the attention I've gotten so far. Two things make me drop one star. The app doesn't know what's really going on with you. It told me that I hadn't lost any weight during a week I lost three pounds. And the other thing is they sprang an extra charge on me. It was a logical charge, but I didn't hear about it until they took the money out of my account!

I just lost $700.I paid in advance for months and 229 for the weight loss drugs. 2 months I have not received the drugs and they keep trying to charge my card. You can't cancel your subscription. They never respond to emails or call. Never Knew America has such hard-core Scammers. Why is this company operating?

You cannot cancel from the app. It tells you to call a number. When you call, you get an automated message that due to high call volume you have to talk to their chatbot and they text you a link. When you tell the chatbot that you want to cancel and receive a refund, it tells you they will have a billing specialist contact you as soon as possible and disconnects. I'm really concerned that I've lost money and won't be able to cancel.

SCAM! This company is crooked an unethical thieves. I purchased a $39 product and was charged more then $350 that they would not refund. I never chose that as an option and they refuse to acknowledge any issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I recently purchased one month $39.00 upgraded it to the one year plan. Here’s the catch BEWARE if you try to cancel within the first 30 days as stated at $39.00 button section. This Does Not Apply to the 1 year upgrade AND it nullifies the whole refund completely. I found the app did not allow adding non listed exercises. Additionally, I couldn’t scan bar codes to add non listed foods. With that said; find a different app and plan.
