It’s a scam

It’s a scam. I ordered a ring a month ago and hasn’t arrived.
I got suspicious and started investigating. This website is in multiple names with the same retirement picture, saying it’s handcrafted by this artist Fabia. It’s made and shipped from China. I emailed them questioning their fake advertising and asking where my ring is and they ignored my question and said the ring is in the mail. They also trade under the following:
bellastreasures, zarenza-aus, stateofstyle,
Claire-jewelry and Evelyn-jewellery.
