I ordered my glasses from Fytoo and have been excited about them arriving. I really need these new glasses!
I saw by the tracking that they were making their way through the USPS and then after they left Indianapolis and were on the way to my town, they now show as not found and say that the postage on the package is counterfeit. I have reached out to Fytoo by phone and email. I called the USPS and they say that it is out of their hands and to contact Fytoo. So far, I have paid over $100 out of my Health Savings account and gotten nothing. I am really frustrated right now! I don't understand how the package made it almost to me and THEN they says there is an issue. How did it get through Customs and numerous other USPS facilities and not be dinged before? And come to find out, when the USPS tags a package as this, they don't try to resolve the issue, let you pay the postage issue or what have you. They just open and destroy the package and contents. Which just doesn't make sense to me. I really need these glasses to be able to see correctly.
UPDATE! Fytoo reached out to me to get things worked out. Thank you for doing what you can to resolve the issue. They have been very helpful and professional in working with me. They are replacing my order. Thank you FyToo, for helping a frustrated man to get this resolved.

Love my new sunglasses! I wish they had spring-loaded tangs, but they’re still great. Very sturdy and comfortable. I love your bright colors and feisty designs! Will definitely be shopping here again.
