I’m very impressed with my glasses from FYTOO. The quality is excellent, the frame feels strong and well-made, and the lenses are very clear. They look great and fit comfortably. Definitely worth it and I would recommend FYTOO to anyone looking for good quality glasses at a great price.

My experience with Fytoo has escalated from poor service to deeply concerning business practices.

I placed an order on April 3, 2026, and received the glasses on April 23/24. The product was not wearable due to improper alignment and defective construction.

When I reported the issue, the company first offered to refund only the shipping cost. I refused. They then offered half of the purchase price. I refused again. They later offered a higher partial refund (excluding shipping and handling). While I found this unacceptable, I agreed in an effort to resolve the matter.

However, the situation took a serious turn when the company then stated they would only process the refund if I deleted my public review. This was put in writing.

That decision changed everything.

Using a customer’s review as a condition for a refund is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s ethics. What is even more troubling is that they documented this behavior in their own emails.

Fytoo had multiple opportunities to resolve this matter professionally. Instead, they chose a path that has now led to formal complaints being filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as a dispute with my credit card company.

Consumers should be aware: this experience was not just about a defective product, but about how the company chose to handle it.

Proceed with caution.

I've been buying my glasses from Fytoo for about 4 years now, and every single time they arrive, they're a perfect fit. The quality is incredible—from the frames to the lenses, everything feels premium.

I ordered a pair of glasses from FYTOO over four weeks ago and still haven’t received them. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.

I’ve tried calling their customer service line multiple times, but there’s never anyone available to help. I’ve also sent emails with no meaningful response. To make matters worse, the tracking information hasn’t been updated in over 10 days, leaving me completely in the dark about where my order even is.

At this point, I have no confidence in this company’s ability to deliver on their promises or provide basic customer support. This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had purchasing glasses online. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fytoo has a great selection of unique frames and the quality is equivalent to the glasses I’d pay ten times as much for at my optometrist’s office. Shipping was reasonable, also equivalent to a much more expensive alternative. What sets Fytoo apart from other options is their outstanding customer service. Quick, responsive and helpful. Hello to everyone out there. I'm sharing my experience here in hopes that it will help other people out there interested in buying glasses online.

FYTOO’s webpage was easy to navigate and had lots of variety to choose from. I uploaded my picture to try some of them and it does help visualize how each frame would look on my face. Putting the prescription and transition lenses was a simple step. The pictures and videos of their glasses are very helpful and seeing other peoples pictures in their reviews helped me a lot. You also get bonus points you can save for future purchases with discounts. I liked a lot of the designs they provide and the quality I got from the 2 pairs I bought was great.

I've received several pairs of glasses from Fytoo over the years and they've all been as high quality as those I got locally for hundreds more. Very happy with the product and service.
