Terrible Customer Experience

I have had a terrible customer experience with Fysiosupplies and their related delivery merchant, DPD (who use SEUR in my area).

Having ordered an item for delivery on 04 January 2025, I received a confirmation email that the item had been delivered on 08 January 2025. However, despite being at home all day, I confirmed that there was no delivery made and no evidence of a delivery. Having checked with my neighbors, I confirmed that no one else had received the delivery.

I raised this with Fysiosupplies immediately on 08 January 2025. On 09 January, they provided me with evidence of a delivery note from DPD (SEUR) which showed no signature for delivery and no information as to where my delivery ended up. I was then requested to complete a declaration of non-receipt which I shared with them on 09 January 2025. They confirmed they would raise the issue with DPD (SEUR).

Following further emails on the 10 January and 16 January to see what progress had been made and to understand how the issue would be remedied, I was provided with a response on 20 January 2025 which was a copy and paste from what DPD (SEUR) had requested from them to begin an investigation. They required the purchase invoice and a fully complete declaration of non-receipt (as Fysiosupplies had not signed the declaration I had already provided to them before they shared with DPD (SEUR)), thus delaying the whole process.

Despite raising separate complaints with DPD and SEUR in addition to my communications with Fysiosupplies, I am no clearer on how the issue will be fixed, how I will be provided with my order or when I will be provided with a refund. There has been a sufficient lack of communication and lack of urgency in the handling of this with the burden of follow up and obtaining status updates falling on me.

If I could go back in time I would never interact with Fysiosupplies again.

Delivery time took longer than 20 days

I placed an order on December 19th, hoping to receive it before the holidays (Christmas), but for reasons I understand, since it is a holiday period, I was not surprised that they were unable to deliver the shipment on time. After a considerable period of time, on January 7th of the following year, I remembered that the shipment had not been delivered and I had not received any information about it from the company. I called them, explained the situation and their employee said that she had only just seen the order and would notify the warehouse about its shipment. The shipment was received on January 10th

FysioSupplies owes me more than 200€

FysioSupplies owes me more than 200€ for an order that was returned to them directly by postNL, without ever reaching me, SINCE OCTOBER 2023!!! Impossible to get in contact with them, no answer to emails, the phone calls get cut off when it finally is my turn to speak after more than 30 min wait, UNACCEPTABLE!

Same really bad experience as many recent buyers

I seem to the same experience as many recent buyers. The package was returned for unknown reasons (fysiosupplies had the correct address), I have sent them numerous emails, they have replied once or twice (after more than one week) that they will re-send my order but nothing. I've now asked for a refund, no reply either. I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to buy your "fysiosupplies", this site has really gone down the drain. They don't even disserve 1 star, they have taken my money but are incapable of sending my order or refund me my money.
