Very disappointed!!! I bought a tracksuit in July and arrived in October. The trouser was size L instead of XS. I followed their policy and returned the trouser paying the postage but since then the right size/order has not arrived and now they are not replying to my emails. My son cannot use the jumper without the trouser and I'm afraid that I lost my money.
Definitely not their client anymore!!!

It's a scam I ordered 18th September and now we have 3th of December, it hasn't come, they don't answer too I'm consulting a lawyer to have my money back.

It’s been 7 weeks now since I ordered the vvs hoodie still even got an update on the app that it’s been shipped. Was supposed to arrive in 3-4 weeks.

Yall don't even understand how good this company really is at perfecting customer satisfaction. I ordered my Hoodie Pants combo and I was curious about the shipping process. I hit up the email and was replied to in 20 minutes. I was honestly sold right then and had to throw an extra pair into the cart jus a different color. Mad props.
