This was my first purchase from Fylde Clinic and was a very positive experience. I congratulate them on their communication! I had an early email from them, apologising, saying that delivery of my order was running late and that they were very sorry. That simple notification and apology says a lot about the company, and how it regards its customers. Further emails were then received giving updated ETA, so I knew when to expect my order. The product I purchased from FC was available at a very reasonable price and manageable P&P. I haven't looked more closely at other products FC stocks as yet, but will definitely do so now. First impressions are positive: a good website that 's easy to navigate, stocks a product I regularly use, and excellent service! Definitely recommend FC 😊

I wasn't sure about using a company I didn't know so I checked reviews on Trustpilot first and they were positive so I tried it and I was delighted.
