Service is good as long as it works but…
Service is good as long as it works but if it fails good luck getting it back up and running. I called technical support and got a level one technician who could only tell me to disconnect power, then wait for his direction when to turn back on. I was smart enough to do that before I called them. He created a ticket and said someone would call me shortly. Two days later they still had not called. So I called again. They admitted there was a “open ticket” for them to call me. So this level one technician says he will send an email for someone to call me and he hoped I wouldn’t have to wait another two days without a call. I consider this POOR customer service. I believe I will move on to another internet provider.
