When you decide that "ok, I don't want to continue with FXTM and want to withdraw all funds" They will reject your full withdrawal request and will ask you hefty charges to close the account. These people are scammers.

I tried to withdraw my first deposit to see how fast my withdrawal are processed with this broker, they charged me 3% without any alert or notification and processed my withdrawal instantly. 2nd time i placed trades and tried to withdraw they it says Skrill withdrawal are processed instantly or maximum few hours but its more than a day they are not processing my withdrawal not replying to chat or emails. It seems they are not a proper well legalized broker!

I decided to start investing with FXTM, as I had some success on another trading app, but that trading app had limited options, and FXTM had a larger variety of shares/stocks and commodities to invest in. And so, I deposited a large amount of money into the app and decided to invest. Within literal seconds after investing and exiting the app, I received a message that FXTM had closed my open positions. I quickly logged in to find all the money I had invested was gone. I thought to myself, I must've done something wrong, and chalked it up to a mistake on my side and a lack of trading experience (but I'm starting to think that this isn't the case anymore because of what occurred next). Because later on after I redeemed some money from a promotion they had on FXTM, I wanted to withdraw the small amount of money I had remaining in my FXTM funds that I did not invest as well as the small amount I got from the promotion. I had to submit so many personal information documents over and over and over just to be verified to do a withdrawal. After 3-5 days of constantly submitting documents containing lots of personal information, it seemed as if I could finally withdraw (I thought that was very weird, as the other app I invested with didn't need so much verification and personal information to do a withdrawal). I submitted my withdrawal only for it to tell me it needed approval/ to be processed first. I waited about a week only for it to be rejected without a reason. I went back on the app to see some error message saying there was a "closed loop" issue, and in order to resolve this, I had to deposit R182 for my bank to be verified for a withdrawal and to fix the "closed loop" error (and this is after I sent a whole bunch of personal information and bank statements and bank details just to be verified in the first place), but being a little naive, I decided to do it, only to be put straight back onto the same page in the app with the same error message, having deposited more money into the app. I decided to submit a withdrawal again and waited about 5 days, only for it to be rejected again. I immediately contacted their customer support, and they replied back saying there is a technical error that needs to be fixed and I should try the crypto option of withdrawal. I replied back saying I did not want crypto, I wanted my money back, and they said there's nothing they can do; I have to wait for maintenance to fix the error. I asked them when this error was going to be fixed, and they did not reply to my question. I later went back onto the app to see if I could withdraw now, only to find a different error message that had stopped me from making any type of withdrawal whatsoever. I have repeatedly contacted them over and over about this only to get robotic replies saying they can't do anything, I have to wait for maintenance, and I should withdraw using the crypto method (Bare in mind I do not even have an option to withdraw with any method anymore). It has been about 3-4 weeks now since my first attempt to withdraw, and nothing has changed no matter how many messages I send. Since my last message to them, I cannot even access the app anymore; I am immediately kicked as soon as I log on.
Please do yourself a favour and do not deposit any money into FXTM or do any business with them because you will never get your money back and will suffer with frustration dealing with their support team's endless robotic replies and fake excuses. I hope no one ever has to go through what I have been through with this scamming fake trading company.

I am experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds due to a lack of available facilities. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including a screenshot of the mobile wallet deposit, which, however, only displays the mobile number and not the full name or account number, the request is being held up. The request for the full name and account number within the same screenshot is currently preventing the completion of the withdrawal.
In addition I made many emails to support team even for account manager till now there's no response or even help to get my money This emails starts from 6 July 2025 till now.

You will never improve or develop your company businesses, unless you stop scamming innocent people, how can a person deposit just or only 10,000 Naira account and you took 5000 Naira as a deposit fees, that's unbelievable, and you keep saying; it's only on deposition of less than 50,000 Naira, so how can a company charges a small capital users and high capital users uncharged, that's incredible

I am totally upset with the start, I selected program with 100% bonus promo HELLOFXTM activated and after message deposited amount 150 expecting I get 300 total to support positions but I didn’t received the bonus at all after contacted support they 1st said I didn’t selected promo then said it’s not that way after SAUD will ask team and reply back and no any respond after, like they were unaware and laim excuses to delay this and later when I started trading my trades gone wrong overnight bad luck followed I had no idea then Morning I was looking to see for reversal to cancell some limits but suddenly it was cancelled automatically and I got more upset even when I tried to open reverse trade entry was not allowed even that time the equity was available above 55$
Again I contacted support they said the bonus is misunderstood it’s a different way to earn it’s really surprising on your bonus add it says clearly to match the deposit amount as credit upto 500$ in deposit
I am so upset that I didn’t even cared about running trades again ignored and lost unfortunately I have a feeling this platform I wrong trusted it is just made to eat customers money only
No customers support no honestly and very high speeds and automatic cancellations without any emails or notice warnings and I don’t know what else to say it was a total bad experience overall I just hate it now

There is alot of bugs and lags , and there is no Strategy I can save on the charts , I should choose the indicators each time , and even the default setting of the indicators not saved at all
